Hey, is anypawdy out there? It’s me, RaenaBelle. What a day we’ve had, and it ain’t even noon. ‘Course by the time you read this it’ll purrobably be long past. Don’t tell sis Dezi I’s ran so late with our posty, K?. As ya’ know, she’s off at Cat Scouts summer camp (virtually of course, she’s really right here) havin’ a great time. While mommy and me are here dealin’ with the normals of every day livin’.
Don’t furget to put da toys back down when you finish cleanin’, mommy.
We had a big cleanin’ pawrty yesfurday to get ready fur our monthly inspection today. The lawn crew’s back, even tho’ they were just here on Furiday, and the exterminator is here today too. But, mommy can’t breathe, so we’re just gonna spray our ‘pawrtment ourselves. The stuff mommy uses works better anyways. It’s not nearly as watered down. And, we’ve got a ‘pointment with a repair man that we’ll be tellin’ ya’ ‘bout on Sevice Cat Monday. Like I’s said, busy, busy, busy and it ain’t even lunch time yet. Meowin’ ‘bout lunch time, what does that even mean? We get brekky and dinner here. I’s need to ask mommy why we’re not getting’ a lunch too.? Meowin’ of dinner, mommy took her furst bite last night. Sure nuff, she made a baked tater ‘stead of smashed taters and was able to actually bite and chew. That’s a good thing. She said it felt funny, but she’s glad to be able to start doin’ things normally again. She ain’t ready fur no chips or crackers yet, but she’s getting’ there. And, we got a letter from sissy from camp.

Dear Mommy and Raena,
Me doesn’t have a lot of spare time, but me did wanna drop ya’ll a line and let ya’ know, me’s okay and havin’ a great time. Me’s makin’ a Garrison cap fur me and a surpurrise fur you mommy. Good thing you taught me to sew mommy. Fanks. Me misses ya’ll somethin’ fierce, but it has been kind’a nice havin’ a bed all to meself this week. Me can’t wait to tell ya’ll all ‘bout summer camp when me gets home. Fanks fur the care box, me luvved everythin’, ‘specially the new nip nanner. Raena, you take good care of mommy, and me will see ya’ll soon. Yes, Raena, me will bring you a supurrise back too.

Oh sissy, we miss you too. And everypawdy can’t wait to hear all ‘bout camp when you get home. (Raena looks out the door and see the manager and exterminator walking up the walk) Well, I’s see the manager, so I’s guess I’s better get off here now. Cuz we don’t post on Tuesdays, we missed International Cat Day. Not to worry tho’, we may not have posted anythin’, but we are always treated like queens. Mommy says every day is Cat Day at our house. We got extra treats and some new noms that we’ll be meowin’ ‘bout later. I’s gotta run, you all have a pawsum day.

Sounds like you are doing a good job holding down the fort while Dezi is a Cat Camp! You guys are busy, busy! I wanted to say I agree about the lunch thing, the Tribe of Five gets breakfast and dinner but this lunch experience is definitely missing from our schedule. I must talk to the female human about this post haste!

Well, of course, Mau and Cooper Murphy are at camp with Dezi having a ball. Mom says she figures we would consider real camp like being boarded at the vet, so she doesn’t think she’d send any of us in the furs. Dezi is such a nice sisfur to write home. I remember how much I moped about while at camp; I was so shy and only had fun while doing crafts (basket weaving, making key chains). We also had a terrible storm that hit our campground and the winds were fierce! However, cannot say if I would send Angel or Chuck away for a camp; they’ve got it pretty good right here at Eastside Cats! Angel would just hiss at everyone.

No worries. We’re not sure what happens. Once, somepawdy spammed us, not a cat bloggy (we’re really careful now what non cat blogs we comment at cuz of dat) and as a result, we started goin’ to spam on all blogs. Once da initial blog dat spammed us un spammed us, we were good again. and of course, we never commented on dat blog again. But, we usually check our spam purretty offen, we’ve just been so behind lately, so you kept gettin’ sent there. But, you should be fine now. Hope you get it worked out. big hugs
