Meow-llo Dear Furiends, we hope you’ve all stayed dry and warm this week. Winter arrived in full force this past week fur us. It rained and stormed and froze here. And the winds howled and moaned. Hmmmmm That kind’a sounds like the starts of some horror story or somethin’. Anyways…
Even the inside was cold, wasn’t it sissy?
Yeah Raena, mommy had all the fans runnin’ and even turned on the a/c one day. She kept sayin’ somethin’ ‘bout purrsonal summers. Me’s don’t know where that summer thing was, cuz me sure didn’t feel it. Fankfully, we had our nice soft blanky and heated mats to snuggle on.
Yeah sissy, sometimes I’s just don’t unnerstand humans. There mommy was, sweatin’ and talkin’ ‘bout how hot she was, all the while she was sip, sip, sippin’ away at her coffee. Seemed a bit counterintuitive ifin ya’ ask me.
True Raena, but trust me, a caffeine free mommy isn’t purretty. So, as silly as it might seem, we’re Blest to have coffee fur mommy to drink. And, our pawsum heatin’ mats to keep us warm. Fanks to awnty Susan, we don’t have to share since we each have a mat.
We are so Blest to have so many amazin’ furiends, sissy. I’s just luvs each and every one of ‘em. Meowin’ of Blessings, mommy found our robot bugs the other day while she was puttin’ some more of our stuffs away. She said she’d furgotten where she packed ‘em when we moved out this past summer.
She also found our other nip nanner Raena. Me doesn’t ‘member chasin’ it unner those bags in the dinin’ room. That must’ve been you. After all, you’re the one that goes crazy swattin’ our toys unner everythin’.
Well sissy, maybe ifin you spent less time nappin’ and more time playin’ with me, I’s wouldn’t have to swat all our toys ‘round the house. I’s can’t help it ifin they roll unner things. Anyways, it’s time fur Sunday Selfies, so I’s gonna go link us up with the Kitties Blue, okay. Then, I’s need to finish mine’s brekky. Stay outta mine’s plate. I’s’ll be right back.

my Mom occasionally gets those “personal summers” so she totally gets it! As for being “caffeine free”, you will NEVER find my Mom caffeine free! She was caffeine free many years ago, she stopped drinking it for four years….as soon as the doctor gave her the ok to drink it again, she never looked back! MOL!!
