Meow-llo Dear Furiends and happy Resurrection Sunday. The greatest Sunday of all. The day when Jesus arose from the grave long ago. Mommy always says, Because of the cross, she has no past and because of the empty tomb, she has the promise for eternity in heaven. As do all who ask Jesus into their hearts and to furgive them of their sins. That’s the reason we Give Thanks fur all our Blessings every day and doubly on Blest Sundays. 

 

 

          It’s our favorite day of the week, isn’t it sissy?  

 

It is Raena. And, we have some material Blessings to Give Thanks fur this week too. Mommy had gone out to the store to get some toilet paper and found none. Quite furankly, we just don’t get the hording of toilet paper, but we’re guessing mommy’ll be buyin’ up some extra when it’s furinally available again. MOL Anyways, we wanna fank awnty Angela who dropped by Furiday and brought mommy some toilet paper, paper towels and some yummy snacks.

 

 

 

 

          She also brought us some treats and toys sissy. Bein’ raw fed kitties, we can be purretty finicky with the kinds of treats we eat, so we happily shared the treats with Jubal and Spook. They luvs those temptaions. Y, Spook even showed up on our porch durin’ awnty Angela’s visit. It’s like she knew somethin’ good was headin’ her way too. MOL

Yeah Raena, we sure hate that Mrs. N lets them run around outside unpurrtected. She uses the old excuse that she feels like she’s mean keepin’ ‘em inside all the time. (Dezi and Raena shake their heads) Anyways, they did ‘purreciate the nummy treats.  

 

          Yeah sissy, just as much as we ‘purreciated the toys. Meowin’ of, I’s wanna fanky fank awnty Vonda fur sendin’ green papers to me fur mine’s birthday. I’s so excited, I’s can’t wait to go shoppin’. Mommy even said we could have a pizza to celebrate.

Yeah Raena, your birthday’s only 9 days away. Mommy and me thought we’d plan a big celebration fur your Gotchaday in June. Ya’ know, with all the social quarantining goin’ on right now, we just don’t think a pawrty would be much fun right now.   

 

          Oh sissy, I’s think a Gotchaday pawrty would be purrfect!!! What are ya’ll plannin’? Is it a masked ball, or a treasure hunt, or… 

 

Calm down Raena, we haven’t decided yet. What kind of pawrty would you like it to be?  

 

          Well, (Raena thinks a minute and licks her paw) I’s don’t really know sissy. I’s just want all our furiends to be here. That’s the bestest pawrt ya’ know, spendin’ time with furiends.  

 

Yeah Raena, it sure is. ‘Specially when you have furiends like ours. We do have the bestest furiends in the universe. Which reminds me, a special angel awnty from across the pond sent some green papers as well. We sure do ‘purreciate her. She even told mommy she got her a surpurrise that’ll be comin’ in the near future, purrobably fur mommy’s birthday in May. That also reminds me of a purrize we just received. We entered a give away over at the Conscious Cat a while back and won a kitty cat nightlight from Triple T Studios. It arrived yesfurday and mommy just luvs it. Check it out below.

          I’s luvs surpurrises, don’t you sissy? I’s can’t wait to see what it could be. I’s also luvs that little lighted kitty. Ifin ya’ touch it’s tail, it lights up. It’s really cool. Anyways, we better wrap this up. Mommy says more storms are headin’ our way.

 

Last night was a big ‘un that’s fur sure, wasn’t it Raena?
