Simple Solutions #ChewyInfluencer

Hey, is anypawdy out there? It’s me, RaenaBelle. You all know how much we luvs Chewy right? Well, the other day mommy and me were comin’ home from her monthly doctors ‘pointment and what did we see when we walked up the walk to our door? ‘Course you guessed it. There were 2 big ole boxes sittin’ right in front of our door. Mind you, I’s was happy to see those boxes, but mommy said those silly fedex peeps just don’t think. With the boxes sittin’ right in front of the door, we couldn’t get to it to open it. And, what ifin we’d actually been home and just hadn’t answered the door? We couldn’t have opened the door to get to those boxes. (Raena shakes her head) Don’t think? Hmmmpht I’s think mommy’s bein’ nice. The may be some of those doofuses like the neighbors and lawn crew.

Chewy box delivery sitting in front of door

RaenaBelle!!! Didn’t me just meow to you ‘bout callin’ peeps doofuses?

Dezi lays atop the liberty cat tree while Raena starts an attack from the ledge below

Uh, yeah, I’s think so, sissy. But do you think I’s lissen to everythin’ you meow? Ifin I’s did that, mommy would have twice the clean up. You’re such a stickler fur only usin’ a completely clean pawtty box that you sometimes leave little puddles fur mommy to have to clean up. You know she hates that. Like the other day. Couldn’t you have held it just a few seconds more till the pawtty box quit dumpin’? Noooooooo, you had to go and pee right that minute. And guess what? You missed the piddle pad. Mommy wasn’t at all happy ‘bout that.

Like mommy ‘purreciates your purrjectile hairballs any more than me’s accidents?

I’s can’t help the hairballs, sissy. You could’a waited fur the pawtty box, or at least scooted over 6 inches to the piddle pad.

Dezi sits beside Simple Solutions Cleaner on the liberty Cat tree

Hmmmmpht  Well, me guesses it’s a good thing mommy got to try out the Simple Solution Extreme Stain and Odor Remover from Chewy this month. We got the 32 ounce size ($10.99) but it also comes in a gallon size ($24.99). Me knew mommy was gonna have to try it out so we could meow ‘bout it, so that’s why me left that puddle fur mommy. After all, how could we tell everypawdy whether it works or not ifin we didn’t have anythin’ to clean?

Okay sissy, you might be right, but, I’s sure mommy read that it could be used on old stains and odors too. Right mommy? (Raena looks at mommy A who nods) Anyways, let’s see what Chewy says ‘bout it.

Description

Simple Solution Extreme Stain + Odor Remover is 3x stronger* (vs. Simple Solution Stain + Odor) to eliminate tough dog stains and odors faster. Extreme Stain + Odor Remover has a professional strength formula that contains Pro-Bacteria* and enzymes that completely breaks down organic residue, permanently eliminating stains and odors, and discourages both dogs and cats from repeat marking the area. Safe to use carpet, upholstery, or other water-safe surfaces in your home to remove urine, feces, and vomit. Safe to use around children and pets when used as directed.

Key Benefits

  • 3x stronger* (vs. Simple Solution Stain + Odor) to eliminate tough dog and cat odors and stains faster.

  • Professional strength formula of Pro-Bacteria* and enzymes to break down and eliminate stains and odors.

  • Safely and quickly removes urine, feces, and vomit on carpet, upholstery, bedding, fabric toys, clothing, or other water-safe surfaces in your home.

  • Discourages repeat markings by pets.

  • Safe to use around children and pets when used as directed.

  • Additional Details

Avoid eye contact, product may irritate eyes. In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention if irritation persists. Keep this and all cleaning products out of reach of children and animals.

    Instructions

Saturate the soiled area. When treating carpet, cover 2x the size of the mess and be sure to saturate the carpet backing and padding. Wait 5 or more minutes for the enzymes and Pro-Bacteria to break down the organic proteins. Blot excess moisture with a color-safe cloth. Allow the area to dry naturally while the enzymes and Pro-Bacteria keep cleaning.

According to the instructions all mommy had to do was to saturate the area and wipe it up after a few minutes. While we’re not sure how those Pro-bacteria and enzymes work, we do know that enzymes work really well on cat urine. ‘Pawrently, our pee is among the strongest on the planet. Who knew?

Me thinks we kitties get a bad wrap when it comes to the smell of our pee, Raena. Anyways, it took mommy a while to figger out how to work the pump sprayer. And once she furinally figgered it out, it took furever to purrime the pump.

Raena sniffs the Simple Solution Stain and Odor Remover

I’s can attest to that, sissy. Mommy sprayed it all over herself cuz she was tryin’ to see ifin anythin’ was comin’ out. MOL  It has a kind’a soft flowery smell at furst, but that soon goes away. Since cleanin’ up the puddle neither of us have even sniffed the area, so mommy says that means it must’ve worked.

Yeah Raena, and fankfully it doesn’t leave any scent behind. Ya’ know some cleaners try to mask the stench by leavin’ a stink of their own. (Dezi thinks back to one of those old cans of air freshener that lets everypawdy know you’re tryin’ hide somethin’.) We can still smell the purrfume that broke a couple of weeks ago. We fur sure don’t need anythin’ competin’ with that.

Raena sits beside the Simple Solution Stain and Odor Remover on the liberty cat tree

That’s fur sure sissy. All in all, mommy said she’d give the Simple Solution Extreme Stain and Odor Remover 1 1/2 thumbs up. She took off half a thumb cuz it was hard to figger out how to use the pump at furst and she thinks it’s a little pricey. Ya’ know old eyes can’t hardly read the small print on those bottles. That bein’ said, mommy did say she’d gladly buy it again since it seems to have worked.

Dezi peeks out from a chewy box

And we’d give it 2 paws each cuz it didn’t leave behind any odors good or bad. As always, we think Chewy has the bestest boxes and customer service ‘round. They offur speedy furee shippin’ on all orders or $49.00 or more and a flat rate speedy shippin’ on all other orders. You can always save an extra 5% on all auto delivery orders. But don’t worry, you can skip, cancel or delay anytime. And, Chewy has purroducts fur the whole house, furred, feathered, scaled and non furry alike.

We received the Simple Solution Extreme Odor and Stain Remover in exchange for our honest opinion. As always, we tell it like we see it; and only bring products we use or have tried and believe would be of interest to you, our readers and furiends.

Raena plays with the packing paper in a chewy box

Sure ‘nuff sissy. And while ya’ might have a non thinkin’ fedex delivery purrson, the boxes are always welcome. You can shop Chewy with confidence. Ifin there’s a purroblem with anythin’ in your order, their customer service peeps will make it right. Guess we better wrap it up now and check out our bird teevee. Looks like we might have some updates ‘bout the latest birdies in the nest befur long.

Purrlease, it tastes x’actly the same.

          How do you know, sissy?

Weruva Cats in the Kitchen Variety pack cat food

Cuz me just tasted it a minute ago. Ya’ know, we should let everypawdy know what we’re meowin’ ‘bout, Raena. As most everypawdy knows, we like and eat all the time, our fureeze dried noms. Weruva Chicken Cat Food

Weruva Chicken Frick ‘A Zee

As you can see there’s a whole lotta fish. And, as most of ya’ know, we’re not really fish eaters. So, the only flavor we would actually try is the Chicken Frick ’A Zee. After we finished off our dinner one night, we both asked fur seconds. So, mommy halved a couple of cans till she found the one we would try. The chicken is kind’a shredded and there’s this thick “gravy” type substance across the top of it. Naturally mommy added some water to thin that gravy out. Ya’ know, us kitties don’t get enuff water, so anytime mommy can add water to our noms, she does. And, we like a thinner gravy anyways. I lapped up a bit of that gravy and took a few bites of the chicken befur I’s decided it wasn’t really fur me. You on the other hand sissy…

 Dezi eats Weruva cat food

What? Me kind’a liked it. Ya’ know, it wasn’t our normal noms, but it would be nice every now and then. Me wouldn’t wanna eat it every day, but that’s only cuz me purrfurs a tasty rabbit over chicken any day. Mommy says she was purroud that me ate any of it. It wasn’t that long ago that me wouldn’t touch anythin’ but a certain brand of kibble. ‘Course, that made me sick, but, me can be finicky. So, all in all, me would give the Weruva Cats in the Kitchen canned food 2 paws up.

Raena eats with her back to the camera

The gravy’s not bad.

I’s guess I’s could give ‘em a paw up too, sissy. The ingredients are purretty good and it actually looks like chicken. I’s asked mommy, and she said she’d give ‘em a thumb up too. She took a thumb away cuz of all the fish. Fish just isn’t really that good fur kitties, and with so many kitties havin’ allergies, it’d be better ifin everypawdy would ditch the tuna. But, we sure do luvs our Chewy. There’s always a great toy of the box and packin’ paper with every shipment.

Dezi peeks out from a chewy box

That’s true Raena. Chewy has the bestest boxes. And, they have goodies fur all the furred, finned, scaled and unfurry members of your family. All orders over $49.00 ship fur furee and all other orders have one low flat rate shippin’ charge. And of course their shippin’ is usually purretty speedy. Chewy says 1 to 2 day shippin’, but we will say that depends on where you live and where your order is shipped from. None the less, you’ll have fun when your box arrives. And, Chewy has great customer service, so you can shop with confidence. Well, we gotta go, seems the mail lady is walkin’ up to our purrch. See ya’ll soon.

Chatting Cats: A 3 Sided Scratcher #ChewyInfluencer

Hey, is anypawdy out there? It’s me, RaenaBelle. I’s still livin’ on Christmas time. I’s sure do luvs me a blest Christmas. We’ve been gettin’ lots and lots of extra luvvin’, huggin’ and brushin’. And, mine’s favorite thing in the universe is layin’ in mommy’s lap. There ain’t nuffin’ else quite like it.

 Dezi selfie on cat scratcher

Uh, Raena, do you plan to tell everypawdy ‘bout the new scratcher today or what?

This is a sponsored post. We received the PetFusion scratcher in exchange for our honest opinion. Neither Chewy or PetFusion are responsible for the content of this post unless otherwise stated. As always, we tell it like we see it and only bring products we feel would be of interest to you, our readers and friends.

Raena stands on box and checks out the PetFusion cat scratcher

I’s gettn’ to that sissy. I’s just wanted to tell everypawdy what mommy gave us furst. I’s do luvs gettin’ luvved on. Anyways, you’re right sissy, we do have a scratcher to meow ‘bout, so I’s’ll get to it. Ya’ll know how much we kitties luvs to scratch. Ya’ know, it’s not somethin’ that can be trained out of us. Mommy says us kitties are really smart and can learn lots of things. And, while you might be able to teach kitty not to scratch the furniture, you can’t make kitty quit scratchin’ altogether. And why would ya’ wanna? After all, we’ve got claws made fur scratchin’. That’s where a good scratcher comes in. Not only does it help purrtect the human furniture, but it gives us kitties a place to sharpen our claws and get a great mani-pedi.

Raena on top of box with the PetFusion cat scratcher

Now this is some kind’a box.

So, were you one of the kitties that got everythin’ on your wish list fur Christmas? Or, do you wait fur the after Christmas sales? Or, maybe you got a gift card or green papers and are lookin’ fur somethin’ special to buy. Well, maybe we’ve got just what you’re lookin’ fur. The PetFusion 3-sided Vertical Cat Scratcher over at Chewy might be the scratcher fur you. As you know, we’ve reviewed a few different scratchers lately. And, as we’ve meowed many times, a kitty can never have too many scratchers. We’ve got at least one scratcher in every room of the house. Well, x’cept the kitchen. Mommy says our kitchen’s way too small and we don’t need to spend much time in there anyhow. Let’s see what Chewy has to say ’bout the PetFusion 3-sided Vertical Scratcher:

Key Benefits

  • Creative vertical design naturally attracts cats that enjoy scratching cardboard. There’s no assembly required!

  • Made of eco-friendly, recycled and recyclable corrugated cardboard and non-toxic corn starch glue so you can feel confident in letting your furry family member play with this.

  • Curves make for easier and more stimulating scratching and stretching and it features a cubby hole for exploration and play.

  • Durable construction and dense cardboard lasts longer than other scratchers. It also includes silicone floor grippers to keep in place and premium USA catnip leaf to train your cat.

  • Recommended by Hauspanther, a recognized leader in modern cat products.

  • What’s Included

Cat scratcher, premium USA organic catnip leaf, (4) silicone floor grippers.

Raena walks past the PetFusionCat Scratcher

Yeah, it’s purretty. And, fankfully, there’s no assembly required.

The PetFusion 3-sided Vertical scratcher comes in 2 sizes, Standard: 18” X 10 1/2” X 16” and Large: 23.9” X 10.5” X 21” at a cost of $44.34 and $59.95 on sale right now. It’s really ‘purrtant to get a scratcher that’s large enuff fur kitty to get a really good stretch. All that scratchin’ we kitties do isn’t just ‘bout a mani-pedi, we’re also exercising our muscles. Cuz we’re such large kitties, we got the Large one. It’s a really nice size and purretty sturdy to boot. It also came with a page of silicone grippers that were easily applied so that it wouldn’t fly out away from us while we stretched and scratched. It’s made of cardboard altho’ the scratchin’ surface isn’t like any other cardboard scratcher we’ve seen. Mommy took some close ups so ya’ll could get a good look at it. Ya’ may be askin’ why that matters. Well, as we pointed out in our Why Cats Scratch Service Cat Monday posty, kitties like certain textures better than others. And, ya’ might have more than one kitty in your house that purrfurs somethin’ different each.

Non slip nubs for Pet FusionCat Scratcher

Package of grippers to apply to the scratcher

Yeah sissy, initially neither of us showed much interest in this purrticular scratcher. With it’s long  scratchin’ surface ‘stead of the traditional honeycomb like holes, we couldn’t really get much of a grip fur stretchin’ and pullin’. Even the old silvervine couldn’t entice us. And the bag of nip that came with it? Throw that stuff in the trash, it ain’t any good. Mommy couldn’t smell it at all, and even our keen sniffers couldn’t pick it up. Anyways, mommy moved the scratcher ‘round the house and furinally found a spot where we’ll use it.

Close up of Pet FusionCat Scratcher

See the long notches? This is on all sides of the scratcher, as

opposed to the traditional honeycomb shape.

Meow fur yourself Raena. Me still doesn’t like it. It just doesn’t feel right to me’s paws. And the walk thru cubby isn’t really big enuff fur me. Me has a kinda boxy build unlike your long thin build, so me needs a wider openin’. Oh me could fit thru ifin me wanted, but me just purrfurs somethin’ a bit bigger.

Raena plays in the PetFusion cat scratcher

Hmmmmm What’s on the other side? Fanky fankfully,

there’s no dangerous dangly toy hangin’ down in here to

choke or strangle a kitty girl.

That’s okay sissy. We just happen to be one of those houses where we like different textures. You kind’a like scratchin’ carpeted surfaces and I’s can’t ‘magine why. And yet, we both like sisal. Anyways, with the PetFusion 3-sided Vertical scratcher sittin’ in the dinin’ room, I’s use it sometimes while waitin’ on mommy to fix our brekky. I’s can scratch and keep tabs on mommy at the same time. It’s not mine’s favorite scratcher, but it does look nice and will get the job done in a pinch. So, I’s give it 2 paws up. Mommy says she thinks it’s a bit overpriced cuz of the strange scratchin’ surface. And, we’re not sure ifin it’s just ours or ifin they all come that way, but ours has a notch cut out on just one of the corners?. Kind’a strange ifin ya’ ask me. We can’t see the purr-puss in the notch, so we’re thinkin’ it just might be a quality control issue.

Raena plays in the Pet FusionCat Scratcher

Ooops I’s already on the other side. Ain’t no greener over there. MOL

Now, the scratcher came in a huge box with tons of packin’ paper. I’s mean a box that any size kitty would luv. That Chewy sure knows how to make a kitty happy.

Raena sits by the Pet Fusion cat scratcher

It’s not quite as tall as the other scratcher, but it’s a nice size.

They sure do Raena. We must’ve pulled out packin’ paper fur a hunnerd minutes. What fun. And, Chewy has all kinds of goodies fur all the furry, feathered, scaled and unfurries in your life. You can also set up an auto ship so you never run out of your anipals’ favorites and save a little extra while you’re at it. All orders of $49.00 and up get speedy furee shippin’ and a flat rate of $4.95 on all others. Ya’ really can’t beat that. And, Chewy has the bestest customer service peeps ‘round ifin ya’ ask us.

paw over the fotos fur our comments

Yeah sissy, anytime we’ve had a purroblem, they’ve always made it right. And, mommy says they always tell her to say hey to us too. Anyways, you know you’ve got some Christmas greenies burnin’ a hole in your paw, so head on over to Chewy now and check everythin’ out.

They sure are Raena. Me’s so glad we got to try ‘em. Me’s hopin’ mommy adds ‘em to our Chewy auto ship so we can have ‘em again. We should purrobably tell everypawdy just what rabbits we’re meowin’ ‘bout. We were really happy to see Stella and Chewy’s Freeze Dried noms available to review from Chewy this month. We’ve eaten the Duck Duck Goose formula befur so we were x’cited to see they’ve added Rabbit to their line up. Knowin’ how much we luv us some rabbit, mommy jumped on it.

Dezi sniffs the Stella and Chewy's Rabbit cat food

She sure did sissy. We received the 3.5 ounce bag of morsels to try. They also come in a 9 ounce bag fur $28.99. There are 6 formulas includin’ the rabbit that are available from $9.49 to $37.99 in sizes rangin’ from the 3.5 ounce bag to 18 ounces.  Dezi checks out the Stella and Chewy food

Mmmmmm Is that Rabbit?

We were really happy to see the only meat included in the rabbit formula is actually Rabbit. So offen the name of a food doesn’t accurately reflect the actual contents inside the bag or can. We offen find that foods include turkey or some kind of fish as a 2nd or 3rd ingredient but it’s not listed in the name of the food. So, the Stella and Chewy’s Rabbit formula is all Rabbit. WooHoo

Dezi sits by Stella and Chewy food

So true sissy. And while we might really luvs a fureshly cooked turkey tom lurkey, we don’t like whatever pawrts of the turkey that are included in cat foods. And as most everypawdy knows, we’re not much fur fish either. I’s luvs these new Rabbit morsels. Purr the description listed at Chewy, these can be fed dry, straight outta the bag. However, since we cats don’t actually drink as much water as we should, we highly recommend adding water or broth to them. The morsels readily soak up the liquid and can be served almost immediately. I’s give ‘em 4 paws up. What ‘bout you sissy?

Stella and Chewy's Freeze Dried Rabbit Cat Food

Before liquids

Me luvs ‘em too Raena. Me would also give them 4 paws up. Mommy was really purrleased that they didn’t seem as bony as some of the other formulas. Mommy says too much bone can cause constipation, and that’s not good. So, mommy gave ‘em a thumb up too. She says she withheld one thumb cuz they are a bit pricey. But she did say that most peeps charge more fur rabbit formulas that aren’t even all rabbit. The more she thinks ‘bout it she says she would add an additional 1/2 thumb cuz the food is what it says it is.

Raena laying in a chewy box

Needless to say, the Stella and Chewy’s Rabbit is a hit in our house. Almost as much of a hit as Chewy. You know we luvs us some Chewy. They offur speedy furee shippin’ on all orders of $49.00 and over and speedy flat rate shippin’ on all other orders. They offur an auto ship purrogram that ensures you’ll never run out of your pets faves. And they have all kinds of goodies fur all the furred, feathered, scaled and furless family members in your house. And, they have the greatest boxes ever. You know how much us kitties like a good box.

 The Blessing Train

There’s one last thing we need to do befur we go Raena. The next Blessin’ in our 12 Days of Blessings is: Technology. Technology brought us our catputer that allowed us to make so many amazin’ furiends. Technology brought us the ability to fureeze dry noms so that we can eat raw food anywhere anytime. Technology brought us heaters and ‘lectric blankys, and light and…well, you get the picture.

Fanky fanks sissy, that’s a great Blessin’. Let’s go play. We’ve got another great review to get ready.
