Well it occured tu mommy and meez dat not everpawdy here follows sis Lexi’s Facebook page so you mite be wunnerin just what it is dat we do fur mommy and just why duz she need us. Many years afur either of us wuz even born mommy had a car accident dat left her disabled. She has lots of nerv damage and pain and migraines and copd and quite a foo udder fings. Anyway we help mommy stay independent. We drive her wheelchair and giv her great massages and we can bof dial 911. Among udder fings, meez alerts afur mommy passes out so she can get somewhere safe.  So a normal meownin fur us starts da minit mommy wakes up. See durin’ da nite mommy’s medicine wears off and hers body duzn’t move. So sis Lexi and meez gic her massages  on her legs and arms tu help get dem movin’. Den we roll mommy intu her wheelchair and one of us drives tu da bafroom so mommy can du her human meownin rituals. MOL  Den we drive heer tu da kitchen where she makes our brekky and her a cup of coffee.  Tu alert mommy dat her is gunna pass out me duz what we call meez dance. Meez paws at mommy and twirls ’round  and ’round. And mommy knows tu pay attention  and go sit down sum where. Me of course goes and sits in hers lap til is all over.  We will tell you more ’bout our duties as service cats from time tu time. So, Til da nex time

OMC Let meez tell you ’bout da day we had tuday. MOL You know winter has just lasted furever dis year and we’ve had ’nuff!! Now Lexi and meez don’t go roamin’ ’round outside or nuffin but we do like tu enjoy da sunshine and da birds and da squirrels and… well we just like tu enjoy da great outdoors frum our window or door perch. But wif all da cold days nopawdys out and ’bout fur us tu enjoy watchin’ and lots of days is tu cold fur mommy tu even open da door so we’re goin’ a little bit nuts. MOL Well tuday mommy had sum business dat hers needed tu take care of and altho’ meez wuz lookin’ forward tu goin’ out sissy and meez just kuldn’t help but do ever fing we kuld tu make sure dat mommy didn’t get tu do all she needed by keepin’ her busy. Meez a bit spoiled, fanks tu mommy; and so me can’t stand fur da pawdee box tu be dirty…not even fur a minute. Okay meez a lot spoiled. MOL Well durin’ brekky Lexi and me went tu da pawdee box at least 8 times. And after ever time me wuz meowin’, okay squeakin’ fur mommy tu clean da pawdee box. Meez squeaked da first time afur mommy even had a chance tu take her first sip of coffee fur da meownin’. Finally mommy had ’nuff and sed so in a stern and sum what believable voice. So Lexi went and laid down tu hav a little cat nap. Meez on da udder hand had tu continue tu try tu keep mommy’s attention by bein’ cute. So, we hav dis cheap post wif shelves on it dat sits ‘tween mommys chair and da wall. (dats so it won’t fall wif one of us on it ‘cuz we’re tu big fur it but mommy can’t afford a real cat tree). Anyway, meez climbed up on  it all da way tu da top and den started squeakin’ tu get mommy’s attention.

Meez purrtended tu be stuck and den after her got meez down me wuz up again. Dis time meez wuz rollin’ ’round and makin’ mommy scared dat me wuz gunna fall. Again, mommy finally got tired and sternly told me tu knock it off and let her finish her coffe so dat we kuld go tu town. Yippeeeeeee, go tu town wuz da magic words. Meez went and laid down in me stroller so dat mommy wuldn’t furget me. After a foo minutes of da quiet, mommy came lookin’ fur Lexi and me and found us nappin’. Mommy luved on bof of us and den went crazy takin’ fotos. MOL  Winter has got tu go or we’re all gunna be nuts!!! MOL

Winter’s Overstayed Her Welkum

Well furiends tumorrow is St. Patrick’s Day. Like we kitty’s really care, but it duz giv our humans a good excuse tu dress up our pictures. MOL So get ready fur picture overload tumorrow. 😀

Tuday stardid out like most other days except, it had turned really cold over nite and mommy had turned off all the heatin’ devices in da house and left the fan runnin’. So when she woke dis meownin’ she wuz freezin’. So Lexi and meez bof crawled up nex tu mommy and, ‘snuggle time’. So we laid der a while longer afur gettin’ up and startin’ our day. But as wif all fings, it had tu kum tu an end so we kuld get up and eat brekky. Well da winter seems purrticularly long dis year and we’s all gettin’ cabin fever. Meez also not known fur eatin meez brekky all at da first sittin’. Meez has tu eat a bit and get sum luvin’ frum mommy and eat a bit and play a bit and eat a bit and go tu da pawdee box and eat a bit, well you get da idea. So meez eatin’ a bit of me brekky and mommy’s tryin’ tu hav sum coffee but me also wants tu get luved on and play a bit. Mommy givs me sum luvin’ and den me off and runnin’. 

Now is sis Lexi’s turn tu get luvin’ frum mommy. And no, mommy hasn’t had her first cup of coffee yet. MOL Den me kum runnin fru da house and right intu sis Lexi. WooHoo play time. Now we’s playin’ chase fru da house. And meowin and meowin at mommy tu kum play wif us. And tu clean da litter box and tu giv us treats and….. We are feelin’ all cooped up and and we all goin’ a bit stir crazy here. So til da nex time
