Blest Sunday Vrooooooooom

Welkum Sunday, we’ve had so many blessings this week. We have received so many beautiful Christmas cards thru da mail and e-mail. Mommy’s twyin’ to help me make a purretty with them so we can post ‘em all on Christmas Eve. Each one came with da most wunnerful wishes fur da holiday season and da New Year. Weez a little behind ad haven’t got all our Christmas wishes out yet, but will be wrappin’ dat up this week.

Now You all member me tellin’ ya’ ‘bout dat hot rod scratcher mommy finagled fur me? She went back over da email to see what was said and altho’ me can’t use it in da derby at Cat Scouts, me will be postin’ it there purr our purromise to receive it. But meez also gunna be showin’ it to you all today. Mommy finally took off da wrapper and let me have it. OMC it’s sooooo cool. Da racin’ stripes make me feel like a Mario Andretticat.

Me also wants to send out a meowsy big Thank you to awnty and cousins Anonymous who sent us a gift card. Mommy’s gunna be getting’ a paw purrint kit to make paw purrints of sis Lexi and me. She’s so ‘cited ‘bout bein’ able to do dat. Me also wants to Thank awnty Sylvie, Cleo, Mika and Patteron. They sent us a little package dat mommy sez is fur Christmas, so we can’t see it or have it yet. And a meowsy big Thank you to awnty Belinda fur donatin’ to sis Lexi’s care fund. Weez both doin’ good right now. We be eatin’ well and playin’ and workin’ and luvvin’ mommy, each other and life and all of you. Dear Santa,

Dezi here, this year sis Lexi and me are gunna write separate letters. Where does me start? Me has so many pawsum furiends who have needs this year. Me knows sum of those are things fur God, but me thinks sum of them are right up your sleigh. Sum of meez furiends sure are wantin’ a cat tree to climb and lounge on. Me can tell ya’ dat we are sure enjoyin’ our cat tree. Me luvs to climb all da way to da top and nap. Me also has sum furiends dat need new scratchers. Bein’ a kitty me can tell ya’ every cat and kitten needs a good scratchin’ post or pad. Me has a sweet furiend dat got displaced this year and her daddy and her need a new home where they can be togevver again. Me met a lot of furiends on blogs and facebook this year who need a furever home. And me has a lot of furiennds who need green papers to see doctor stabby. You know we don’t like goin’ to see those doctors, but sumtimes it’s necessary.

 

And then there’s all those anipals in da shelters and rescues. You know what they want Santa? They all want a furever home filled with luv. Me bets they wuldn’t even need a lot of toys and extras ifin they kuld just find their sumpawdy who wuld luv them furever and ever. Ifin you can’t find them furever homes by Christmas, kuld you at least find them luvvin’ foster homes? Dat wuld be da next bestest thing. Me can tell ya’ there’s nuffin’ like bein’ luvved and havin’ a furever home.

 

And Santa da world is full of poor kitties what live outside and be afraid of humans. We call them, strays and ferals. They’re not bad kitties at all Santa, so don’t be crossin’ them off your list. They’ve been dealt a bad hand and do whatever it takes to survive. Ifin you kuld see to it dat they kuld at least find their way to a luvvin’ human dat wuld feed them and purrvide them with shelter on da cold nights and hot days, dat wuld be so pawsum. Maybe you kuld even find sum of them barns or mouser jobs. Dat’s almost like havin’ a furever home fur such kitties. Me can tell ya’, me fur sure wuldn’t wanna have to be outside when it’s cold winter or even da hots of summer. And fur all those humans dat take care of da ferals amd strays kuld you give them sum extra green papers and help. It’s a really hard and time consumin’ job lookin’ after all those kitties.

 

And Santa fur all meez human furiends and da humans of meez anipal furiends, kuld you give ‘em a little sumfin’ extra in their stockings? You know they’re really special peeps. A lot of them helped us out this year when we needed it most. We know a lot of those peeps need extra green papers fur necessities like rent and food and VET bills and doctor bills and such.

 

Me had a very blest year. We became part of da Chewy blogger furmily and so we got to try different foods and toys thru out da year. We got dat big ole cat tree mommy had always wanted fur us delivered to our house and we luv it as much as mommy knew we wuld. And even tho’ sis Lexi was diagnosed with Kidney disease, she’s still here with us playin’ and workin’ and enjoyin’ life. Me got a little sick a kupple months ago, but meez doin’ much better now and meez eatin’ a much better food. Me wuld luv to have a sponsor fur our blog, but me dusn’t think dat’s a gift you can give us. Me has a pawsum furever home and a mommy who luvs me unconditionally and da gweatest big sisfur ever. Even when mommy runs outta coffee she still luvs me and tolerates all meez quirky behaviors. Da catnip is purretty much free flowin’ round here, and weez started takin’ time off to play more.

 

So, me can’t really think of anyfin’ me needs purrsonally. Me already got da gweatest gift of all when me got mommy. So me wuld really purreciate it ifin you kuld help meez furiends and da ferals and strays. Me wishes fur everypawdy to have a very Merry and Blest Christmas. Me knows da humans have to pay fur da goodies you bring, so we don’t spect you’ll be stoppin’ by our house, but me will be da cute little Southern Belle Ragdoll wavin’ at ya’ as you fly by. Me will wrap it up now as me knows you have so many letters to read. Thanks fur doin’ all you can and give meez luv to everypawdy at da North Pole.

Busy Blest Sunday

Well it’s been a little crazy round here this weekend. We meant to get our Christmas cards sent out but we have our monthly apartment inspection comin’ up and a visit by da extermintor, so mommy’s been tryin’ to get things all cleaned up and ready. So we wuld like to put out another call fur addresses. Ifin you wuld like a Christmas card from us, purrlease send us an email and let us know. You can use da contact furm on our contact us page. Ifin you have received cards from us in da past or joined da CB list, you don’t need to contact us, we just need to get busy on Christmas stuffs. MOL  We do luv Christmas.

Mommy sez we got a box from Chewy but she won’t let us have it yet, cuz it’s fur Christmas. We’re not sure dat be fair, cuz she already read us da card inside and took out hers gift. It’s a really nice smellin’ air freshener what smells like da season; apple and pumpkin. So fank you Chewy, we do luv bein’ a part of da Chewy bloggin’ furmily. Anyways, we’ll be postin’ our letter to Santa this week. Seems sum have already written and posted their letters. We be way behind.

Blest Sabertooth Sunday

Sabertooth ya’ say? Me knows what you’re thinkin’. You’re thinkin’, but sabertooth tigers are extinct right? Well they’re not. There’s quite a lot of Sabertooths’ in cat scouts and guess who be da newest? Dat’s right, it’s me!!! We had our fall purrmotion ceremony at cat scouts yesfurday and me was purrmoted to da highest rank, Sabertooth. Now me wasn’t purrmoted alone tho’. Guess who else made da cut? You know how me told y’all dat Timmy Tomcat is da reason me has a blog and even joined cat scouts in da furst place. You know me kinda cyber stalked him when we was tryin’ to learn ‘bout da innernet. It’s okay tho’, he knows and has been really helpful, and he and hims daddy has been great teachers. Anyways, we was both purrmoted to da rank of Sabertooth last night. Me was so excited me kuld barely contain meself. Maggie, Felix and Timmy’s brofur Einstein also got purrmoted to da rank of Cougar. And there was lots of mentions fur such pawsum Service to our new Cat Scout University staff, and scouts Raz and Allies’ mommy who be da new Den Mother. Speakin’ of Timmy, one of hims brofurs has been a little unner da wevver so ifin you can spare a few purrayers fur da furmily dat wuld be pawsum.

Cat Scouts is growin’ by leaps and bounds these days and with da new Cat Scout University it’s so easy fur a new scout to learn da ropes. We have da big Cardwood Derby comin’ up soon; so ifin you wanna show off your DIY skills and make your own car, better get signed up quick. Now as meez told ya’ afur mommy’s not all dat talented when it comes to DIY stuff. And as you know weez not have a lot of money so mommy looked round and found this really cool hot rod cardboard scratcher dat she thought wuld make a great car fur me fur da derby.

 

She pawlitely wrote da folks and asked ifin we kuld get one to review. It was a long shot, but you never know till you ask right? We heard nuffin’ back from them and dat was okay, cuz by this time mommy had read da instructions and found dat me has to “make” meez car, not buy it (or get it fur free eever). MOL  So mommy put back a box dat we got to start workin’ on it next month. And then lo and behold, we received dat pawsum hot rod delivered by da UPS man this past week. MOL   Dat’s okay tho’ it’s a great little car and we’ll be showin’ it to you soon. Turns out no review is required on meez bloggy just on da shoppin’ site. But it’s so cool we fink you all might like to see it.

 

We also received another pawsum scratcher from GoPets on amazon. They’ve got some really great stuff you might wanna check out fur Christmas. We luv da scratcher, but had no idea dat mommy also got a pair of claw clippers from them. Me doesn’t know how she kuld pawssibly think they wuld make a great Christmas gift. Me just hate claw trimmin’ day. But mommy sez these clippers are really amazin’. And let me tell ya’ they be sharp too. They sure made quick work of meez claws. Me only got in one scratch afur mommy was thru. MOL  Mommy sez me be too sweet to be actin’ like dat, but me just hates getting’ meez claws clipped more than anythin’ else in da world. And no, it’s not cuz she’s hurt me or cut too close, meez hated it from da furst time. Anyways, GoPets only askd fur a mention on meez bloggy in exchange fur these pawsum items and so there ya’ have it. But we really do think any of da items they have wuld make a great Christmas purresent.

We have been so blest. But you all know us. We think da biggest blessings of all is da luv and furiendships we have found. Member to take a minute and just be thankful fur all da blessings in your life. It’s cooled off considerably here and we’re havin’ lots of storms and gray days dat look like night so mommy has slowed down a lot. We’ll be takin’ most of da day off today cuz we haven’t got our tree up yet and mommy purromissed it wuld happen this weekend. Rest assured we will get by to visit with you all soon. And don’t furget to come by tomorrow, cuz mommy has a real special treat to share with you all. We just know you’re gunna luv it as much as we do. And me almost furgot, weez joinin’ our Kitties Blue furiends fur da Sunday Selfies.
