Me’s not meowin’ that Raena. Everypawdy knows we came back home last week. Mommy told ‘em so when she confiscated our bloggy.

C’mon sissy, why won’t you meow ‘bout the ranch? You helped me come up with our name after all.

Me never thought you were gonna make such a big deal ‘bout it Raena. Kittens, we live in a teeny tiny ‘pawrtment. Ranches are sprawlin’ pieces of land with wildlife and horses and cows and…

Our ranch is where ever we are sissy. In mine’s mind the whole world is pawrt of our ranch, so it’s fur sure sprawlin’ all over the place. By the way, what does sprawlin’ mean x’actly?

Big Raena, it just means big. Anyways, a whole week has passed since we’ve updated everypawdy and since it’s Blest Sunday, mommy said we could take a minute to let everypawdy know what’s goin’ on. It’s been slow goin’ what with all the damaged furniture. Mommy can’t unpack any of the things that go in the hutch cuz there’s no shelves to put anythin’ on. One of the tables the mover’s broke and threw out was a book shelf, so we’re now shy one. Altho’ mommy couldn’t get to the book boxes cuz they’d been stacked 5 feet high on top of clothes boxes. She couldn’t move the heavy book boxes, so she also couldn’t get to the clothes boxes. Said boxes also contain our sheets and bath towels, so it’s been a whole week without a shower and mommy says she’s never felt so grubby in her whole life. We did furinally get some help yesfurday from a youth group who came and moved the book boxes off the clothes boxes, and moved a few other heavy things so we can furinally get to stuffs.

Oh sissy, we were so happy to get that help. Unfurtunately, mommy passed out shortly after they left and didn’t get anythin’ done yesfurday. ‘Course, she really needs the rest. So I’s gladly held her lap hostage last night so she wouldn’t move. Looks like it’s gonna be a little longer befur we can come back online regularly, but we sure do ‘purreciate all the luvs and suppurrts from our furiends. I’s gotta tell ya’ sissy, our furiends, are even more pawsum than the universe is great. I’s luvs them more and more every single day.

Meowin’ of furiends Raena, we need to say some meowsy big Fank yous to our bestest Princess pal Erin, and also to awnty Kathy fur the green papers. Mommy was so distraught when she saw the damage the movers had done me wasn’t sure ifin anythin’ could put a smile back on her face. And then we received ya’ll’s gifts and the notes that came with ‘em, and her sad tears turned into happy tears and her heart swelled up. Family comes in many shapes and forms, and all of you may not be our family by blood, but you’re our family just the same. A family that we are so proud to be a pawrt of. We luv you all so very much.

Meowin’ of family sissy, today’s a very special day fur daddy’s. Ya’ know, we don’t actually have a daddy, and mommy hasn’t had one in a very long time, but, we have lots of amazin’ uncles out there that fill our lives with luvs every single day. And mommy does a purretty good job of fillin’ the daddy shoes when she has too.

Yeah Raena, cuz the truth is, bein’ a daddy is a lot more than just passin’ on dna. So, we say to all the men out there who share their luv and wisdom with the younger generation, Happy Father’s Day! And, as we do each week, we’d like to remind you to take a minute today and every day to Give Thanks fur the Blessings in your lives. Thank you fur bein’ Blessings in ours.

  1. Miss Audra is your momma and your daddy, all wrapped up into one incredible package. She is a special human to take on both roles and excel at it. Purr purr purr.

On Father’s Day, Dad, Mom, the doggy, and I went for a walk (though I had to stay in my stroller the whole time); it was a nice time. We stopped at one point so Mom and Dad could chat with an elderly lady who was outside in her wheelchair gardening. I thought she might want to reach in my private carriage to give me pets, but she didn’t ask to.

  2. Glad to hear you are finally back on the ranch. Moving is always hard and some bad things always seem to happen, but in the end you all will survive and be OK. You don’t have to do everything in one day, remember! take it a little bit at a time.

  3. Sure do hope that someone – apt or movers – will be paying for all the stuff they broke or destroyed. What horrid service to you as a tenant. Did they do that to everyone or just to those the manager doesn’t like?

    1. Seems most peeps had a few things damaged or missing, we just happened to get the worst of it. Not sure why, but mommy plans to fight as always to get what’s right. Big hugs

  5. Good gravy, kitties! I am so sorry to hear that the movers broke some of your stuff, but it’s great that the volunteers helped with those heavy boxes. The thought of moving just scares me to death; I’ve done it only a couple of times, and that was enough for me. Take care!
