MeOW-llo Dear Furiends and welcome to the opening ceremonies of the 2019 Annual Blessing Train. Ifin you haven’t sent in your boxcar, there’s still purrlenty of time.           Uh sissy, I’s thought we were gonna take a walk down memory lane furst? What exactly is memory lane?  

 

We are Raena. And it just means remembering the past. Fur instance, last year at this time, we were worried that we were gonna be out on the streets befur the furst of the year. With the suppurrt of our furiends and God’s help, we kept our apartment. Of course, the problems weren’t over.  

 

 

 

 

          Nope sissy, we had to recertify our lease early and purrpare fur a tempurrary move to a motel while our apartment underwent refurberations. And, mommy’s mommy died. Fanky fanks to our furiends, we were able to go and pay our respects and get mommy some closure. And then, our air conditioner caught fire and sent us to the motel even sooner than expected. 

 

 

 

 

Yeah Raena, fankfully we didn’t have to stay in the heat without a/c fur long. But, all the stress and movin’ wasn’t good fur mommy, and her legs and feet swelled up like balloons. Fanks to a few furiends, mommy got some compression stockings that have continued to help her with the swelling problems.  

 

 

 

 

          Those things are amazing aren’t they sissy? Anyways, mine’s birthday got overshadowed by all the goings on, so you and mommy threw me the bestest ever pawrty fur mine’s gotchaday. And, all our furiends came and made it so much better. 

 

 

 

 

It was a great pawrty Raena. And then came time to move back to our newly refurbished apartment. The movers practically destroyed everything they touched. We’ll be dealin’ with that fur some time to come.  

 

 

 

 

          Oh sissy, yeah that wasn’t good. It still stresses mommy out. But, we were Blest to be able to go on a mini trip and visit with some of our pawsum furiends in flesh to fur. ‘Course the apartment manager can’t be happy unless she’s tryin’ to make our existence miserable, so we were served with a third recertification notice fur the year.   

 

 

 

 

True Raena, but with prayers from our furiends and grace from God, we were able to prove that recertification was unjust and nothing more than harassment. Just in time fur a nice visit from another furiend in the fur to flesh. Course, that meant me’s birthday got overlooked in the pawrty depawrtment.  

 

 

 

 

 

          But sissy, we’re plannin’ the bestest ever Furiendship pawrty fur ya’ at the end of the year. Everypawdy’s invited. See how to attend here. Anyways, that brings us to now and the Annual Blessing Train. Our furst hookup is none other than our dear furiend Valentine. He’s quite the purrlific story teller. Fanky fank you fur joinin’ us again this year.  

 

 

 

Me’s so excited Raena. Our next stop is Zoolatry to pick up our sweet furiends, Zoey and Dougie. Fank ya’ fur joinin’ in the Blessings. Their mommy awnty Ann makes the bestest fotos fur blogs, cards, and so much more. She’s got a way with pictures. You can find out more at their blog. 

 

          Sure nuff sissy, she gifted us one and made that bootyful memory foto fur Lexi. Our next stop is to pick up our Scottish furiend Spike. He’s such a sweety and he and awnty Christine are joinin’ us fur the second year. Fanky fank ya’ll fur hoppin’ on the Blessing Train. 

 

 

 

We had to stop by the Feline Café next Raena, to pick up Zeke, Marigold and Opie, along with awnty Christine’s sweety, uncle Greg. They met through their blogs, and are Blest to have each other and all of us. Fank ya’ll fur joinin’ us again this year. 

 

 

 

 

          Wish we could pawn mommy off on some unsuspectin’ innernet man. (Raena jolts back from a daydream) Kittens!!! I’s sure hope I’s didn’t meow that out loud. I’s don’t wanna pawn mommy off on anypawdy. Anyways, our next stop takes us to Comedy Plus fur angel Little Bit. Awnty Sandee says he was a pawsum furiend. He sure is a cutey. Fanky fank ya’ fur joinin’ us.  

 

 

 

 

Next, we went to Canada to find our pals Shoko, Tyebe and Budd of the Canadian Cats. Fank ya’ll fur joinin’ us again this year. We purray next year brings you more Blessings than the last.  

 

 

 

 

          I’s gotta get with Tyebe ‘bout a playdate soon. Our next stop is to pick up our dear furiends Daisy Mae and awnty Crystal. Such joys they are. Fanky fank ya’ll fur joinin’ us again.  

 

 

 

 

And then we were back to Canada to pick up our furiends BellaDharma and Lady Mew. That BellaDharma’s ready fur Christmas. Fank you fur joinin’ the Blessing Train. 

 

 

 

 

          And next sissy, is our sweet furiend LouLou. She went from a ship to a train. She sure knows how to travel in style. Fanky fank you fur joinin’ the Blessing Train. 

 

 

 

 

Sure ‘nuff Raena. Then it was back to the states to pick up our long time pals, Timmy, Rumpy, Einstein, Buddy, Toby, Fitz and of course, uncle Pete from Tomcat Commentary. Fank ya’ll fur joinin’ us and fur all you’ve done and been to us thru the years.

 

 

 

 

          The last stop this week sissy, is our furiends Annie and Charlie.  They’re just the sweetest furiends along with their mommy, awnty Yvon. Fanky fank ya’ll fur joinin’ the Blessing Train. (mommy got a little confused and we originally posted the wrong names here. We do ‘pawlogize and have now fixed this goin’ further.)

We also wanna fanky fank awnty Vonda fur the green papers and awnty Susan as well. Awnty Susan also sent mommy some unmentionables, so fanky fank you fur those as well. We don’t mention it cuz they only happen once a year, but mommy had to buy car tags and pay our magic jack bill this month. Those are expected bills, but they only occur once a year. Since it takes everything we have each month just to get by, the addition of these bills can be really overwhelming fur mommy. So we really ‘purreciate the help.
