Hey everypawdy, it’s me, RaenaBelle comin’ to ya’ live and in charge from the Three Belles Ranch. And let me tell ya’, we’re lucky to be here by the hair of our chinny chin chins. Mommy took sissy and me to the house of pain V-E-T this week. No self respectin’ kitty would ever admit to liking these visits. We merely tolerate them cuz our humans seem to think they’re necessary. Altho’, I’s have heard some of mine’s fellow furry purrers don’t even tolerate ‘em. Sissy, really tried to put ‘em in their place. She hissed her displeasure several times. But that didn’t stop ‘em from manhandling her at all. So, when mine’s turn came up, I’s just kept mine’s hisses to mine’s self, and played twisty kitty.  

 

 

 

 

 

          Twisty kitty Raena? You better ‘splain yourself. Not everypawdy knows what you’re meowin’ about. And, you wouldn’t know ifin me’s hisses did any good or not, you were cowerin’ in the stroller the whole time. (Dezi rolls her eyes)   

 

I’s wasn’t cowering sissy, I’s was tryin’ to hide. I’s thought maybe ifin they didn’t see me, they would leave me alone.  

 

          Sure Raena, that’s why they were cooing about how you were purring so loudly.   

 

Are you purring? Traitor!!!

 

 

 

I’s purred to throw ‘em off their guard sissy, so that when I’s rolled and twisted, I’s could break free. Ya’ know, not everypawdy knows how to hold on like mommy does.     

 

          Well Raena, it must not have worked. Me didn’t hear anypawdy making a break fur it. And with all the barkin’ goin’ on, somepawdy would’a been yellin’ fur you to open their cage doors. Anyways, fankfully, there was no poking or sticking. Mommy reminded them that we’d gotten a 3 year rabies shot last year and that she doesn’t give all the rest of those vaccinations after the furst year. Mommy was happy to see you had gained a pound this last year.  

 

Yeah sissy, I’s don’t know why mommy worries so much about mine’s weight. I’s a lean mean kitty machine. I’s just not built to be a roly poly like you. The V-E-T said we were the pictures of health and mommy was doin’ a great job with us. Now, I’s luvs mommy fur sure, but I’s think we should be gettin’ some credit fur our good health too. After all, it is our bodies…right?   

 

We’ve waited long enuff mommy. Let’s just go shoppin’. We don’t need to see the V-E-T.

 

 

 

          Yeah, it doesn’t work that way Raena. Me did hear the V-E-T say that me needed a dental. Didn’t you have one of those? What did it feel like? Did it hurt? Me doesn’t want to go back. 

 

Don’t make me get on the table mommy.

 

 

 

Well sissy, it must’ve been bad, cuz I’s blocked the whole thing outta mine’s memory. Anyways, can you believe it’s almost Christmas? I’s so excited. I’s just luvs Christmas.

 

          Yeah Raena, me does too. Me luvs watching the Christmas lights. Mommy can’t find our Christmas stuffs, so we don’t have any lights to hang this year. Mommy says she’ll make up fur it next year. She says it’s been a really tough year, so we’ll just have to enjoy Christmas thru our furiends. Me can’t wait till everypawdy starts postin’ tbeir gift fotos. Me just luvs to see what they get and how much fun they have.

I’s do too sissy. We’ve been getting some bootyful Christmas cards. I’s just luvs seein’ the fotos of our furiends all decked out fur the holidays.
