Hey everypawdy, it’s me, RaenaBelle. I’s bet you were expectin’ sis Dezi to greet you, right? Well, it’s been stormin’ here fur days and that means, she’s been spendin’ a lot of time hiding UTB (under the bed).  

 

 

          (Dezi emerges from the hallway) Me’s not hiding Raena, me’s checkin’ fur intruders!!! 

 

Sure sissy, whatever you meow. Anyways, with all the stormin’ we haven’t been able to get on the computer much. But, it has been a Blest week. We finally have a new lease. Hopefully all the stress of that is over fur another 8 months. Our rent went up $40.00 a month. We aren’t sure where we’re gonna get the green papers to pay it, but fur the rest of this month at least…we have a roof over our heads. We’re so Blest not to have to be out in these nasty storms.  

 

 

 

 

          Sure enuff Raena. It’s one thing to get in the shower with mommy. It’s quite another to have to be out in the wet and not be able to get dry. The storms remind us to purray fur all those kitties who don’t have a home to go in to. Ifin you happen to have any feral or stray kitties that you care fur, purrlease make sure they have some kind of shelter from the weathers. Even nice purretty days can be too much when temps climb and the heat becomes unbearable.  

 

 

 

 

So true sissy. Y, It gets so hot here in the summertime, that one can’t even hardly breathe. Just ‘magine what it would be like ifin you had to be out in it with a fur coat you couldn’t take off. (Raena shudders) On another note, mommy won a gift card from the grocery store this past week. Unfurtunately, she couldn’t even get a loaf of bread or block of cheese. Peeps have lost their minds over this coronavirus thing and the shelves are bare. Good thing she’d already got toilet paper fur the month, cuz there’s none of that to be had in town either.  

 

          Yeah Raena, me’s not so sure why peeps think they need so much toilet paper (tp). Ya’ reckon this coronavirus has infected the trees that they make tp from?  

 

 

 

 

Who knows sissy. We’ll never figger out why humans do the things they do. Mommy hopes the grocery store restocks soon so she can use her gift card befur it expires at the end of the month. Either way, she’s feelin’ mighty Blest to have won it. Ya’ know sissy, we’re also Blest to be healthy. Y, Mommy had to go to the neighbors house earlier to give Jubal a pill.  

 

          Is that where she went Raena? Whew, Me’s sure glad it ain’t me. Poor Jubal…mommy doesn’t take any flack when she gives medicine.  

 

 

 

 

Yeah sissy, seems he got some kind of respiratory infection and had to stay at the V-E-T overnight Furiday. They only agreed to send him home cuz his mommy told ‘em that mommy could help her and give him his medicine. Ya’ know, he’s furmerly feral, so he’s not the bestest patient in the world. Altho’ mommy said it was purretty much a breeze. She went down and shoved his pill in his mouth followed by some water and that was that. Seems he even gave her a kiss afterwards.  

 

          Sounds like he might be angling to join our household.   

 

Nah sissy, mommy says he luvs Mrs. S. But, like most kitties, he likes mommy too. Anyways, we thought with St. Pat’s day comin’ up, we’d make a couple of St. Paddy puzzles. You can play them here fur me and here fur Dezi.
