Hey dearest furiends, we’re so happy to see ya’. Trust me, I’s wasn’t sure we’d be here today. It’s been a crazy week around here. Y, more than once mommy made cups of hot water thinking she was making coffee. (Raena shakes head) Sure enuff, she put her cup under the hole, pushed the button and brewed nothin’. MOL We don’t have that pod coffee pot, it’s just one that makes a cup or a pot. But, ya’ still have to add coffee to the basket ifin ya’ want coffee in the cup. Anyways…

          Is that a funny RaenaBelle? Ya’ know when mommy needs her coffee and yet doesn’t get it?

Yeah Zebby, it’s a kind of funny. Anyways, I’s not been feeling so good this past week. Mommy thought it might be mine’s allergy, cuz she gave me some new food we’re trying, made with chicken. She gave me a couple pieces one meal and I’s did okay, so she gave me more pieces the next meal and I’s promptly threw it up. The problem now is that I’ve gone back to mine’s normal food but am still having trouble keeping mine’s food down. So, I’s would appreciate any purrayers you could spare. Oh, and ifin you could also ask God to make Zebby calm down a bit that would be great too.

          What? What are you meowing about? There ain’t nothin’ wrong with me Raena.

Sure Zebby, whatever. Anyways, whether I’s feeling good  or not. Whether mommy’s making cups of hot water or coffee, we’re still Blest. We’re Blest to have a home full of luvs, furiends who really care, and each other. We’re also Blest to live in the greatest country on the planet. Her people may be divided right now, and some of those people may be trying to tear her apart. But, she still stands for freedom, justice, and God’s grace. The founding fathers were far from purrfect, just like we all are. But, instead of choosing tyranny like the rest of the world, they chose a different path. A path that led to the Constitution and the creation of the greatest republic that ever existed. And today, we celebrate that creation. Happy Birthday America, God Bless and restore you to greatness.

Good idea Zebby. As we do each week, we’d like to remind you to take a minute today and every day to Give Thanks fur the Blessings in your lives. Thanky thank you fur being Blessings in ours.

We decided due to the holiday, we would skip the Service Cat post this week. Since so many had been under lockdown fur so long, we figured a lot of peeps would be traveling and/or visiting with friends and family this weekend. Service Cat Friday will be back, so stay tuned.
