Hey dearest furiends, we’re so happy to see ya’. Trust me, I’s wasn’t sure we’d be here today. It’s been a crazy week around here. Y, more than once mommy made cups of hot water thinking she was making coffee. (Raena shakes head) Sure enuff, she put her cup under the hole, pushed the button and brewed nothin’. MOL We don’t have that pod coffee pot, it’s just one that makes a cup or a pot. But, ya’ still have to add coffee to the basket ifin ya’ want coffee in the cup. Anyways…
MeOWwww What a night we had. Even ifin you’re livin’ under a rock like us, you know dat da whole world has had it’s eyes on da U.S. lately. As most of ya’ know, we in this house are very Patriotic and luv our Country. You also know we don’t meow ‘bout pawlitics on our bloggy. We do address da subject in comments when others blog ‘bout it, but fankfully all da worry and stress over such matters belong to our humans. With all dat’s been goin’ on lately in da Presidential race, mommy just couldn’t stay silent and so she began to add some pawlitical tweets and a few Facebook shares. Behind da scenes we were all purrayin’ fur our Country and those who will and do hold office. No matter what side of da fence you fell on yesfurday, it’s time to unite once again today. For United we Stand and Divided we fall.
We’re gonna keep it short today. Mommy has her regular monthly doctors ‘pointment this afternoon, so we’re still going to be behind in visiting. Hopefully our comment purroblem has been fixed and we’re no longer spam. Fank you fur bearin’ with us durin’ our time of missin’ comments. Dat wasn’t any fun. Me’s gonna go ketch a quick nap befur mommy gets in da shower. A kittys’ work is never done. Anyways, we do hope you all have a pawsum day. And, God Bless America.
Till da next time……………………………….Be Blest!!!

Remember. Dat one word rings loud and true. Remember lest we furget and be doomed to repeat our mistakes. Today is Veteran’s day here in da U.S. and we are sendin’ out our thanks and deepest gratitude to those who serve both past and present. We thank you fur goin’ to purrtect us. We thank you fur standin’ watch on da wall while we sleep peacefully in our beds. We thank you fur leavin’ your family and friends to go far away to places where you’re not always wanted. We thank your families fur sharin’ you with all of America. We thank you fur those Americans who bash you. We proudly salute you and send you our purrayers.
We started writing this last night and mommy got to emotional so we stopped and came back to it this meownin’. Meez blog is not pawlitical. But in case it wasn’t clear, We are very patriotic and believe in the Constitution of the United States purrtectin’ our God given rights. We know dat our fureedom came/comes at a very high price. We live furee cuz there were and are those willin’ to fight and die to purrserve dat fureedom.
While lookin’ fur foto ops on da innernet we found lots of happy Veteran’s day templates, but what’s so happy ‘bout a day dat recognizes so much loss? Da loss of fathers, sons, brothers, sisters, daughters, husbands, wives; da loss of limbs and in sum cases sanity. We are one small voice but we are shouting, Thank You and God Bless America.
Father we come to You in the Name of Jesus and we ask that You keep Your hand on all those serving in our military. Many are far from home and loved ones. Many are scared and lost. Our government is trying to keep the very freedoms they are fighting for away from them because it’s offensive to those we are trying to help. We ask You give strength to these men and women and clarity of thought. Let them know You are there when the darkness of night sweeps over them and the sun beats down on their face. Comfort their families waiting back home for them. Bring peace where there is no peace. And bring our soldiers home. Let our country heal. For all those who served and never came home alive, give hope and peace to their families knowing that they served honorably and died to protect us. Help those of us at home to remember how our country became great. Our freedoms came at the cost of the life’s blood of our soldiers. Lord, help us to remember, lest we repeat our mistakes. And God, bless America. In Jesus Name, Amen.
Meowllo everypawdy. Hope you had a gweat weekend. Most of da state of Oklahoma had no fone or innernet service since Caturday. We finally got it back in da wee hours of Monday meownin’. We wrote a Blest Sunday posty, but cuz today be such a purrtant day weez ‘cided not to post it. We will keep this short and sweet and just say dat weez weally ‘cited ‘bout BlogPaws and dat weez most likely will be offline duwin’ dat time cuz there’s no furee wifi in da rooms. It costs $10.00 a day, so weez purrawlly won’t be able to post or visit. Weez’ll be duin’ da bestest we can tween now and then but we also have to get weady, and mommy’s birffday be Wednesday. She sez she be old enuff to know better and dat’s all she be sayin’. MOL
