Hey dearest furiends, it’s so good to see you. It’s been almost like summer around here this week what with temps in the 80’s, how about you? The week befur we had snow and ice on the ground. What a difference a week makes, right?

 

 

 

 

          So RaenaBelle, with all this nice warm weather we’ve been having, why is it that we didn’t get any of those leisurely strolls you’ve been meowing about all winter?

 

 

 

 

Well Zebby, mommy had a busy week. she had to recertify our lease so we’d have a place to live fur the next year, and she had a doctor’s appointment. And of course, the neighbor went back to the hospital, so mommy has to take care of her kitties again. Mommy hasn’t had much free time, and when she did, she was too tired fur strollin’. Trust me tho’, we’ll be strollin’ soon. Besides, you’ve got a birthday coming up that we need to plan.

 

 

 

          Birthday? Plans? What are you meowing about? Is it like Christmas? Will I get presents?

 

 

 

 

Well Zebby, it’s kind’a like Christmas. We celebrate the day you were born. You get special treatment all this month. We celebrate all month instead of just one day. But, next Monday the 14th, you’ll be a whopping 1 year old. Presents kind’a depend on green papers, so you’ll at least get to go fur a stroll. Even ifin mommy’s tired, she’ll make the effort fur you. You’ll get to do all the things you think are fun.

 

 

 

 

          Really? Does that mean I get to tear up a roll of paper towels?

 

 

 

Uh Yeah, NO! Fun things Zebby, not destructive. And, I’s think mommy bought some freeze dried rabbit ear drums just fur you.

 

 

 

 

          Oh goody, I’s luvs those things.

 

 

 

We know Zebby, we know. Anyways, we wanted to say a meowsy big thanky thank you to awnty Brenda fur the green papers. We’re still trying to get a reliable vehicle, and mommy needs to do something with her dentures. They keep falling out of her mouth. Seems they get loose every couple of years and need to be relined or remade. She’s trying to find a lab to go through as she’s heard it’s much cheaper than going through a dentist. But, she’ll need a way to get there when she finds one. Thanky thankfully, (Raena crosses her paws) I’s seem to be doing much better and not hurling as much, so fur now, we’ve put further testing on hold. Thank the cats, cuz I’s not the bestest patient (Raena thinks back to biting doctor Stabby at her last visit). So, every little green paper helps.           Yeah Raena, I’s know it hurts mommy’s mouth fur her teeth to be so loose, but it sure was funny the other day when they went flying outta her mouth when she laughed at something she thought was funny on the tv. I’s gotta tell ya’, I’s wasn’t expecting that.

 

 

 

Yeah Zebby, and she wasn’t expecting you to chase after them either. Anyways, she’s Blest to have them, loose or not. We’re Blest to have such amazing furiends, and each other.
