(Zebby rolls around with his silvervine toast a few more times before joining RaenaBelle) Sure RaenaBelle, let’s get to it. I’s don’t know what the big deal is with thunderstorms anyways. Mommy gets all crazy like, and we can’t be on the computer. What’s the big deal?
Well Zebby, ya’ know how the light flickers and sometimes goes off? That’s cause of surges in the electricity. And those surges can cause damage. Mommy says we can’t afford to replace our computer ifin one of those surges breaks it, so she just makes us turn it off.
So it’s not a storm problem, it’s a money problem?.
Uh, Well, I’s guess you could put it that way. Anyways, enough about that. We wanted to thanky thank awnty Anonymous fur the green papers. We finally had enough fur mommy to buy her new glasses. And, they got in her favorite frame right befur she ordered. We also wanna thanky thank awnty Brenda fur the green papers. We’re still trying to raise money fur a car, and every little bit helps. Meowing of mommy’s eyes, she’s been having some problems with one of them the last few days. It’s all swollen and hurting. We sure would appreciate any purrayers y’all could spare. She said her bags look like those water filled blisters. Anyways, we’re not sure what’s wrong, but purrayers can help.
Yeah Zebby, it looks purretty bad. But, as you meowed, purrayers can help. We’re so Blest to have furiends who care.

We are glad your Mommy got her new glasses. We are sorry about her eye. We will purray for her but she should see a doctor. There are some things one shouldn’t take chances with – and eyes are one of them (or should one say “two of them”)?.

We turn stuff off here too when the storms roll in…once our granny’s stove, fridge and microwave had to be replaced due to a power surge in a storm. She didn’t have a computer though. Our generator had issues after a bad storm years ago…long before we were doing social media postings. The ‘brains in it had to be replaced as the electrical stuff in the atmosphere ruined them. (at least it was warranty work, Phew!)

Very nice glasses. I am glad your mommy was finally able to get them. I am sorry she is having trouble with her eyes though. I am praying for her. I always unplug the computer and tv when there is storm. XO
