OMC Here it is Furiday alweady. Mommy’s wuz a little under da wedder yesfurday. Yous know hers got da flu shot on Wednesday and it seemed to knock hers fur a loop. She wuz weal tired and sleepy da west of dat day, and yesfurday hers awm wuz all swollen up and tender. Anytime she bumped it or twied to use it, all she felt wuz pain. She’s much better today tho’, so mowe unpackin’ will be dun.
Weez wusn’t gunna make a posty today but me told mommy we needed to let evewypawdy know why weez might not make it by to visit today. Mommy decided last night dat till weez get da last 10 boxes unpacked and da house twuly put back in order weez wuldn’t be at da puter visitin’ too much. Even tho’ weez luv yous all vewy much and don’t wanna miss anyfin’ happenin’ in yous lives; and altho’ weez so gwateful to hav all da pawsumness in ow pawtment, mommy’s weally tired of lookin’ at all these boxes and twyin’ to get wound wiffout twippin’ ovew them. Mostly weez down to da Nicky Nacks. So dat means dustin’ and cleanin’ ‘em off afur they go into their purropurr places. And then hers can go up to mr. W’s pawtment and get hers sewin’ machine, piano/keyboard and ow cawpet monster so hers can run it ovew da new cawpet. Da wehangin’ of ow fotos on da walls and such can wait till mommy’s not so tired.
Dat bein’ sed, let me tell ya’ sumfin’ weally big. Yous know those B I G secwets me wuz tellin’ ya’ ‘bout dat mommy sed had to wait a little longer? Well guess what meez gunna be tellin’ ya’ comin’ up on Blest Sunday? Yep, yous guessed it. Mommy has sed dat weez can shawe one of da BIGGEST secwets weez been savin’. So yous don’t wanna miss ow Blest Sunday Posty this week. It’s gunna be a weal humdinger. And fur those of ya’ not familiar wiff “humdinger”, it means; a Lulu, a Whopper, a Corker, da Cat’s Meow. In udder words, da biggest and bestest secwet evew.
Now when last we updated yous, da fwidge wuz posed to be awwivin’. Well ifin yous been followin’ this whole purrocess yous know nuffin’ has gone accowdin’ to plans and posed toos. So NO, da fwidge didn’t show up. Da manager sed it wuz on back order and wuld be here da 18ff. Mommy left a message fur Luis da Veep of da management company and Housin’ to find out ifin dat’s twu or not, but weez not heard back yet, so weez hopin’ now fur da 18ff. And as always weez will let yous know when it duz finally awwive. Most of da complex is lookin’ fur it cuz evewytime a delivewy semi pulls in da fone rings and da neighbor on da udder end is sayin’, “Is your new fridge here?” Yous know da older a hooman gets da nosier they awe. So anyways weez just lettin’ yous all know where weez gunna be in case yous miss us or don’t see us visitin’ much, just know dat weez luv yous all vewy much and will be wound as soon as we can. And don’t tell anypawdy, but come back Sunday cuz it’s gunna be a Biggy!!

Hers stawted in da back and is movin’ furward so da livin’ room still looks kinda all packed up, but me reckons hers will get dat today. Hers did find sum mowe messes left by da movers and wuz suwe gwipin’ ‘bout dat, but all in all hers just glad to be seein’ evewyfin’ goin’ back in place.

Well as yous know lots has been goin’ on here lately. Course mommy sez weez keep her on hers toes all da time. Dat be pawt of da weason they be unpadicuwed. Nevew a dull moment in udder words. But weez of course gone fwu a little mowe than usual. And Lexi and me didn’t even hav anyfin’ to do wiff it. Not a fing. But fwu it all mommy has twied to let us keep up wiff ow activities as bestest hers kuld. And wecently we had a quest ovew at da Cat Scouts. And meez patwol led by Wally actually did vewy good. Ifin yous membew weez won da Cat Scout knowledge Bowl. Well at da end weez had a drawin’ and me won this weally cool emergency whistle. And guess what? Little secwet nummew one. It came in da mail this week. It is sooooo cool. Me finks it’s weally gunna come in handy on da nex quest. It’s also got a flashlight, magnifyin’ lens, compass, thermostat and a mirror so me can check to make suwe meez lookin’ good afur seein’ Andy. And then there be secwet nummew two. Do yous know what Den Master sent mommy? Mommy just cwied and cwied. Oh don’t worry, member this be Blest Sunday, so only tears of joy today. Mommy got a certificate of Appweciation fur extwaordinawy efforts in da service of Cat Scouts. Fank yous Den Master fur boff ow gifts. Weez luv ‘em. Yeah yeah me knows. Yous wuz hopin’ da secwet wuz sumfin’ like mommys dun got da house put togedder or sumfin’ like dat wight? Well let me just tell yous this, ifin me and sis Lexi kuld type……well there wuld be no secwets at all. But since mommy duz da typin’ fur me then me can tell hers what to type all day and hers not gunna do it. But weez can tell ya’ anudder one. Well sort of. Weez got a package fwum ow sweet furiends ovew at da Katnip Lounge, and weez puttin’ tugedder a video to show ya’ this week. And weez even won a foo contests wound da blogosphere. One dat excited mommy so much weez kuldn’t even leave a comment. Mommy had to leave and go back. And then hers still kuld bawely type. And then there be one dat got me and Lexi all ‘cited and duin’ da happy dance. But weez’ll tell ya’ mowe ‘bout those when da purrizes get here. Awe weez blest or what?
Then to top it off last night mommy and me wuz twyin’ to catch up on sum of ow reading and hers eyes wusn’t coopurratin’ weal good. Well they kep closin’ and hers head kep bobbin’. Anyways da puter dinged lettin’ mommy know weez had an email, and so weez went to check it out, and mommy read it to herselff at first and then started gigglin’. Me stawted pawin’ at mommys awm to tell me what wuz goin’ on, and then me saw little dwops of salty water wellin’ up in hers eyes and wollin’ down hers cheek. And then hers told me weez got an email fwum Nellie’s mommy dat sed hers wuz sendin’ us a gift cawd fwum amazon and weez wuz to use it to buy sumfin’ fwivolous. First of all mommy had to splain fwivolous to me and then me knew why, cuz anypawdy dat knows meez mommy knows dat weez not weally get to do dat. So a meowsy big fank yous Miss Barb and Nellie. Fanks fur makin’ meez mommy smile and fur yous wunnewful gift. This be a warity so mommy has to fink long and hawd ’bout what to get. MOL

Well this week we hav been so blest weez not weally know where to stawt. As yous all know weez been weally goin’ fwu da fire here lately wiff ow pawtment situation. Or shuld we say flood. But of course dat’s not all we wuz facin’. But fwu it all mommy twied, notice me sed twied; to wemain calm and good natured. It didn’t always happen and sumtimes mommy didn’t fink hers wuz gunna make it. But evewytime one of those fawts came up in hers head, she wuld hear ow furiends and framly tellin’ hers to hang in there, and dat yous all wuz supportin’ us. So ow first huge blessing this week is you, all of you. You all made this twial a little mowe bearable and a lot easier. Fank yous all fur yous luv and support and furiendship.
And weez so fankful dat all ow furniture got put in da wight rooms finally and all da boxes moved to where mommy can unpack them. And dat weez got da purropurr toiet, even tho it skeered me almost outta meez fur. And weez got a taller fwidge on order and suppose to be delivered on or by October 8ff. And dat da vice purresident of da management company discovered dat mommy isn’t da purrsun da manager had lied to hims ‘bout and led hims to believ.
But dat’s not even where it stopped. As most of you know mommys chair wuz a hand me down dat wuz purrawly older than sis Lexi. And it wuz not in gweat shape when it wuz given to us, but mommy wuz fwilled to hav it. But hers put it fwu da paces once she got it, so we wuzn’t like shocked when it bwoke. Okay maybe a little shocked when da wood came pokin up outta da cloth. Meez not fink mommy had evew seen anyfin’ like dat afur. And of course bein’ hers only sittin’ chair dat meant hers wuz sittin’ on da floor. First it wuz da cold wet floor and then finally after evewyfin’ wuz weplaced it is da dwy floor. And yet again, mommy be gwateful to hav a floor to sit on. Altho’ a chair wulda been pawsum. And knowin’ dat, Savannah and and her mommy, Miss Linda, put up a fundraiser fur us.
Miss Linda asked ifin anyfin’ else got destwoyed or ifin there wuz anyfin’ weez weally needed. Well mommy has a hospital bed wiff da foam mattwess dat weez all sleep on, dat had gotten wet cuz of all da moisture in ow pawtment. And sis Lexi’s not no spwing chick anymowe, howevew hers is still a big help to mommy. But as she gets older hers has mowe and mowe twubble gettin’ up on fings, Lexi dat is. MOL Yeah me kulda been talkin’ ‘bout mommy too. Anyways, mommy told Miss Linda ‘bout ow small cheap long ago bwoken steps fur Lexi and Miss Linda sed dat weez must get sum steps fur Lexi so hers can continue to work. Ah come on, yous know meez gunna use ‘em too. Anyways dat bwings us to todays blessings.
