It’s time fur anuvver Blest Sunday. Our favowit posty of the week. Weez a little behind today cuz Worpress didn’t publish like it was posed to. But dat’s okay, it just reminds us dat technology is not wiffout it’s faults.

It’s been an innerestin’ week wound here fur sure. As you know mommy took off a lot of da early pawrt of da week to get weady fur da inspection and learn more ‘bout Sterile Cystitis. Weez’ll be tellin’ ya what she learned later this week. Yous’ll wanna tune in fur dat cuz our furst report based on musings fwum da VET wasn’t completely accurate. Dat dusn’t surpwise us, cuz as you know weez not have da bestest VETs in da world here. They awe unfurtunately in it fur da money. Weez know there’s gotta be a good one wound here sumwhere tho’ so our search is still on.

However based on da VETs musings da war over meez noms began. Mommy won da furst battle and meez no longer eatin’ Blue Buffalo at all. No wet, no kibble, no BB in meez plate. Me weally likes catnip tea and so mommy’s been makin’ it fur me to incwease meez fluid intake. Da result has been sum larger clumps in da pawdee box which seems to make mommy happy. Who wulda known she wuld be happy ‘bout seein’ bigger pee clumps. After all sis Lexi has boulder size clumps and dat dusn’t make mommy happy. MOL  Course it’s cuz of da CKD dat hers clumps be so big. Anyways, da war wages on but mommy has sum fings comin’ dat she hopes will be hers secwet weapon and put an end to da war once and fur all. We shall see. We shall see. MOL  Me is fur sure feelin’ better, mommy can see it now.

And in udder news, sis Lexi be duin’ weally good wight now too. She’s eatin’ purretty good and in weally good spirits. She’s been purrlayin’  and weez been havin’ fun purrlayin’ chase up and down da kitty steps. And she’s been havin’ fun dwinkin’ fwum da pawdee box room faucet. Every meownin’ she hangs out on da vanity waitin’ fur mommy to finish bwushin’ hers teeff and washin hers face so she can play in da sink wiff da water. Since mommy always furgets to take a camera to bed wiff us we don’t have fotos, but mommy’s workin’ on it. She’s put up a few sticky notes to remind her to put a camera in da pawdee box room afur weez go to bed one night.

So, dat’s an update on how weez be duin’ and how our week went. We awe so blest to be feelin’ good and havin’ fun. We have sum gweat fings comin’ up fur yous all. Yous not wanna miss tomorrow, weez havin’ a pawsum give away just in time fur da season of fallin’ leaves and punkins. And fur those of ya’ out there what likes to watch movies, mommy found an app in da app store fur furee what allowed her to watch all da latest and even da oldie movies. It’s called Free Film-Free Movies. She even lissened to watched Jurassic World yesfurday. She sed hopefully she’ll have enuff time to actually watch it all da way fwu today. MOL  Weez didn’t get paid nuffin’ fur tellin’ ya’ ’bout dat, matter of fact, they don’t even know us fwum Adam. MOL  We just fawt yous might like to know.

Full of Fanks and Questions

Well it’s 6 a.m. this blest Sunday as we begin to write meez posty. fur us it’s still Caturday night cuz we haven’t been to bed yet. Now afur you stawrt worryin’, everyfin’ is alwight. Sissy be duin’ good and me be duin’ good and udder than da normal cooler wevver pain, mommy be duin’ good. Fings just kept happenin’ dat kept us fwum getting’ to bed. We luv mommy very, very, very much, but we awe quite a handful. Mommy DVR’s anyfin’ she wants to watch fwum da teevee, cuz weez likely to innerupt any purrogwam she’s watchin’. She has to watch da DVR’d purrogwams an average of 6 times to actually get da jist of what’s goin’ on. MOL So last night when a show came on called “An American Sniper” dat mommy had wanted to watch, she stawrted da DVR wight away. But she also sed, “Girls, I really would like to watch this show.” And yous know what? We let her. Weez didn’t meow, squeak, pee in da floor, want tweats or extwa noms, or anyfin’ else fur da whole show. Mommy rewarded us big time. We might have to twy this again sumtime……Nah, weez like da udder way better. And we still get tweats. MOL

Anyways, in case there’s anypawdy else on da planet dat hasn’t seen it yet, weez won’t spoil it fur ya’. But we will say a Meowsy Big Fank You to all da service men and women who have and who currently keep us and this kuntwy safe. We awe so blest to live in da gweatest kuntwy on this planet. We ask all Americans to wake up and stand up fur our God given wights dat da foundin’ fathers saw fit to enact in da writin’ of da Declaration of Independence and da Constitution. Now weez gunna jump down off our soap box and get on wiff our Blest Sunday posty.

As most of ya’ know sis Lexi has CKD and takes medicine everyday and eats special noms. Course she eats whatever she wants too, cuz dat’s better than not eatin’ at all. And of course most of da VET visits awe fur her. But, a kupple mumffs ago mommy noticed a little black spot ‘tween meez shoulder blades. Now this ain’t just any black spot. It’s black unner da skin and has turned da skin black. Da fur there still be white, cuz there ain’t posed to be a black spot there. Me hasn’t acted like it’s botherin’ me or nuffin’, but mommy’s been keepin’ a weally close eye on it and it has gotten a little lawrger. It’s in da spot where meez miwochip was inserted and where yous put da stwipe on flea tweatments. Mommy bein’ da worry wart she is has been goin’ a little nuts. She’s wunnered fings like, kuld da micwochip have bwoken? Is there ink in it? Did me get bit by sumfin’? But she didn’t weally have da gween papers to take me to da VET. And it’s not like we twust our current VET anyways. And cuz we need so much help takin’ care of sis Lexi, mommy just kuldn’t ask any[awdy to help wiff me too.

So Caturday night as me sat in mommy’s lap purrin’ and getting’ luv, da fone rang. One of our pawsum awnties fwum Facebook sed she had been finkin’ ‘bout us and wanted to check in wiff us. She generously put sum gween papers in our paypal account so mommy kuld take me to see da VET. Of course mommy had a good cwy ‘bout it but she is so fankful. Meez fankful too, but meez not lookin’ furward to goin’ to da VET. So we wuld like to say a meowsy big Fank You to awnty Anonymous fur helpin’ to make sure me be okay. Mommy’s gunna call wound next week and make me a pointment. She has hers own doctors pointment on Monday, so it looks like it be shapin’ up to be a busy week. Wiff meez 6ff Meowday comin’ up it’ll be good fur mommy to know dat me be okay and healffy. We awe so blest to have so many wunnerful furiends.

Well here we awe at anuvver Blest Sunday. And God has given us anuvver day to count our many blessings and give fanks. We usually twy to tell ‘bout da big blessings dat happened duwin’ da week but this week we fawt we wuld list sum of da little fings. Yous can find a blessin’ in just ‘bout everyfin’ ifin yous lookin’ fur it. Sum peeps call this da glass half full feenom. We just like to stay pawsitive, cuz there’s nuff bad fings in this world wiffout addin’ to it. Now let’s get sumfin’ stwaight. Weez not name it claim it peeps, but we do believe in da power of purrayer and pawsitive finkin’. Yous know weez not da name it claim peeps or else weez wuld be rich and there wuldn’t be any homeless anipals in da world.

Blest Sunday

Well weez made it to anudder Blest Sunday. Me hopes yous enjoyed pawrt 1 of meez flat scout visit wiff Andy yesfurday. Hims will be back next week to tell ya’ da rest of da stowry. And be sure to join me tomowwo fur a pawsum give away. Meez tellin’ ya’ every house needs at least one of these.

Sissy’s been duin’ purretty good. She’s eatin’ ‘bout 12 ounces a meal so dat makes mommy and me purretty happy. Even tho’ she fwu up this meownin’, she was weady to eat more wight away. And she’s been playin’ a little which has always made mommy happy. She sez we work hawrd and deserve to play hawrd. Mommy always smiles when we play. She gets da leaky eyes when we play togevver. Sumfin’ ‘bout bootyful sisfurly luv. Da one fing dat makes mommy sad is dat sissy has been not sleepin’ wiff us. She comes to bed fur purrayers and to massage mommy off to sleep but then she goes and sleeps unnew da kitchen table. She always comes back to help get mommy up in da meownin’s but mommy has twubble sleepin’ wiffout boff of us. So me has been weally cuddlin’ up to mommy so she won’t miss sissy so much. Mommy sez dat sissy be weadyin’ us fur “da day.” And NO, we can’t say it or even fink ‘bout it. Altho’, mommy has been lookin’ a little longer at da kitties needin’ homes lately, me finks she’s just twyin’ to wish ‘em a gweat home like we have.

But dat duz bwing me to our huge blessin’ this week. And dat is dat weez all here togevver still luvvin’ each udder. And dat we have all of you who luv and support us and who we luv very much. And even tho’ da days awe getting’ shorter and lookin’ gloomier it’s still warm outside. Winter will be here soon enuff bwingin’ wiff it fureezin’ temps and yucky gway skies. We worry so much ‘bout da ferals duwin’ da winter time and awe so fankful to see so many of you makin’ such pawsum accommodations fur them outside yous homes. We know they fank you too and feel blest to have wandered upon yous luvvin’ home. Tho they may never know da touch of luv they will know da feelin’.

All of us here awe so very blest. We may complain ‘bout da wevver, but weez not weally know what it’s like. We awe blest to have homes and hoomans and purrlenty of food and soft beds and lots of toys and all da luv in da world. We have a/c’s and fans fur da summer mumffs and heaters and warm blankets fur da cold ones. Ifin we turn our nose up at da meal placed afur us our hoomans almost always offer us sumfin’ else. We all live in da lap of luxury and awe blest to have these lives. So as you go ‘bout yous day, stop fur a minute and member to say fank you fur da many blessings in yous life.
