Well when we last left yous mommy wuz packin’ up so da new floors kuld be laid. Mommy got wound and per da welease hers signed she put all da lectronics and pawtant stuff outside and in da baff tub and onto counter tops. And then hers sat in da silence and waited. Wound ‘bout noon they finally showed up. After walkin’ inside they looked wound and sed weez don’t move anyfin’ but sofas and big items. Weez don’t move yous boxes or purrsonal items. And then they asked fur da managers name and went out and called sumpawdy. Then da manger came down and after banter back and forff wiff them and on da fone to their company, asked mommy ifin hers kuld move evewyfin’ out. Mommy wuz livid and told them according to the welease hers signed, all she had to move wuz da lectronics and delicates and antiques (we don’t hav any antiques). Then they asked mommy ifin hers kuld hav it all moved out by Caturday. Mommy purromptly told them NO!!! And furthermowe it wusn’t hers job as it wusn’t hers fault that any of this happened and she didn’t cawe hoo they had to hire, but she wasn’t movin’ anudder fing!!! By 12:30 da floor men left and da manager went to da office to call hers snoopervisor. A foo minutes later da manger comes down and tells mommy dat they’s gunna hire movers to come and put evewyfin’ in a pod one day and come back and empty it da nex so da floors can be done. Hers also told mommy dat she had a call into a company and wuz waitin’ on a bid and appwoval. So, mommy moves all da stuff hers had put outside back in da house. At this point mommy be dead on hers feet and hurtin’ sumfin pawful. But at least it’s all gunna be dun wight and at da same time. (all da floors will be weplaced)
Then weez get to yesfurday. Mommy gets a call fwum da lawyer and is told dat da snoopervisors snoopervisor wuz told by da manager dat mommy hadn’t packed or dun anyfin’ and they had to pay a $300.00 fee fur nuffin’ and they wanted mommy to pay it. Oh NO they didn’t!!!! Mommy told da lawyer zackley what happened and sent hers da welease hers had signed. Da lawyer spoke wiff this Louis guy (snoopervisors snoopervisor) and now hims posed to be workin’ on it. So needless to say weez still don’t hav new floors and da house be a mess. There be boxes and bags evewywhere. Mommy finally got da tub emptied today so hers kuld take a much needed shower. All purrayers and cwossed paws welkum as weez wuld just like to get this dun and ovew wiff so weez can get ow house back to nowmal and stawt livin’ again stead of just existin’. This has been goin’ on fur almost a whole munff now. Fur heaven’s sake weez alweady hav a new neighbor in da pawtment where all this stawted.
Weez fawt we wuld shawe sum of da fotos of me gettin’ in da way helpin’ mommy pack. Weez so sowwy to keep postin’ ow twubbles. Fur dat matter weez be tired of postin’ bad news and even tireder of livin’ it. And weez know yous tired of readin’ it. Weez workin’ on sumfin’ dat weez hope mommy can figger out, and weez hope yous gunna like it. 
Weez suwe hope yous enjoy da fotos. Sis Lexi slep fwu all da packin’. Hers missed all da ‘citement, but she sez shes didn’t cawe. She’s been fwu enuff packin’ up a house wiff mommy and dat hers alweady knows what it’s like, and dat hers didn’t miss anyfin’. MOL Weez suwe hopin’ this be da last hiccup in this purrawcess.

I love the photos! I can see you worked very hard. It amazes me how lazy these service people are when they see your mom is alone and moved so much, you’d think they could have moved the rest of the stuf. I am glad it will all work out.

We thought your new floor would all be done by now Dezi – your poor Mom must feel like her head is banging the wall and no-one takes any notice. Don’t worry about all your friends on the CB we are just so concerned about you all living in a home (paying more rent) where everything is upside down and barely liveable in. We are purring and purraying for you all.
One day (in the distant future) you will all look back on all this and wonder how you ever came out the other side totally sane!!!

Weez did too Hannah and Lucy. Weez wuz so ‘cited fur it to be all ovew and life to get back to nowmal. Weez suwe purreciate all yous luv and concern and fur suwe yous purrayers. Weez wwill get fwu this sumday, hopefully soon, and well as fur sane…..mommy might not be all there as it is now. MOL Weez keep finkin’ ifin hers wuz sane hers wulda alweady blew a gasket at ’em and let ’em hav it. Oh Dezi – you ladies have such a horrible time with those humans who run the show there at your apartment complex! They don’t know what they’re doing from one minute to the next…..at least they plan to replace ALL the floors which is what they should have done WEEKs ago. Hang in there – this will all be a memory soon (or should I say nightmare?!).
