Hey everypawdy, it’s me, RaenaBelle. Still comin’ to ya’ live from the Three Belles Ranch. I’s know that we are all very grateful fur your luvs and suppurrt of our current situation and ‘purreciate all the purrayers. Purrlease keep ‘em comin’. Now, we read on the calendar that today’s Answer your cat’s question day. We luvs to ask mommy questions, that’s fur sure. Mommy says curiosity in moderation is a good thing, it’s how we continue to learn and grow. Sissy, do you have your questions ready fur mommy?  

 

 

 

 

          Yep Raena, me’s ready. And, mommy’s had a cup of coffee, so she should be awake and ready.  

 

I’s don’t know sissy, she might need another cup or three. (Raena snickers to herself and then head bunts mommy A’s leg to be picked up.) Purrrrrrrrrrrrrr I’s luvs you mommy. Are you ready to answer our questions? (Mommy A takes a sip of coffee and scritches Raena’s head and nods.)  Mine’s furst question is, why does it have to get cold?

Well what’s your question then, sissy?   

 

          Me wants to know why so many peeps keep abusin’ kitties and woofies? And why some peeps think abandonin’ their beloved furries is okay? 

 

     Oh sweety, some people are just cruel and others ignorant. Neither is an excuse and if laws were stricter and enforced, perhaps there would be less. 

 

Okay sissy, that was a purretty good question. But I’s don’t think mommy’s in a pawsition to change the world. At least not today. MOL So, mommy, why does it have to get cold?  

 

 

 

 

     Well baby, that’s just the way God created the world. It doesn’t get nearly as cold here in Oklahoma as it does where some of our friends live.  

 

That’s true. I’s ‘member last year some of our furiends were buried unner heaps of snow. Would you ever think ‘bout movin’ us to one of those places? 

 

     Yeah Raena, as long as we’re together, it doesn’t really matter what the weather is. After all, the weather will change and it will warm up no matter where it is.    

 

Will you always luvs us, no matter what?  

 

 

 

 

 

     Of course I will darlin’. Nothing could ever make me not love you.   

 

 

Not even ifin I’s told you sissy hurled a hairball in your purrse?  

 

 

          What are you meowin’ ‘bout Raena. Me didn’t do that!!! (Whispers to herself) At least not today. 

 

 

 

 

     Now now girls…Not even Raena. I will always love both of you. But, please don’t hurl in my purse. 

 

          Me’s got a question mommy. Why did you have to adopt Raena?  

 

Hey!!! That’s not very nice sissy. You know why mommy adopted ne. Both of you needed mine’s help. And, I’s needed savin’. I’s glad mommy adopted me.

 

          Don’t cry Raena, me was just kitten ‘round. You can be so sensitive sometimes.  

 

Mommy says I’s always sensitive sissy. That’s what makes me so purrfect. 

 

 

 

 

          Yeah Raena, purrfectly annoyin’ and a pain in me’s behind. (Dezi sees Raena’s eyes water) Me’s just kitten. You’re a great sisfur.

          Ya’ know Raena, me bets lots of kitties out there are wonderin’ how long it took to train mommy to carry us to bed at night?  

 

 

 

 

Now that is a good question, sissy.  

 

          Unfurtunately, we can’t answer that one, nor can we take credit. Mommy’s been carryin’ her babies to bed since befur me was born. 

 

I’s bet lots of kitties would like to know how to train their peeps to scoop their pawtty boxes the minute they step out.

 

          Yep Raena, me knows Buddy would’a really liked that. His pawtty box was always dirty. (Dezi shudders) All me can can meow is just that. Stand right outside your pawtty box and meow at the top of your lungs. Vary your meow a bit and ifin ya’ have a slow human, use the Me’s hurt meow. Your human will come runnin’ in not time.  

 

 

 

 

That’s true sissy. When you use that meow, mommy breaks the speed barrier to get to ya’. ‘Course, you could just get a Litter Robot and let it scoop itself.

 

          Maybe Raena, but it’s not nearly as much fun as watchin’ your mommy flailin’ ‘round tryin’ to get to you.
