Meow-llo Dear Furiends. We sure hope you’re all stayin’ warm and safe. Me’s gotta tell ya’, the weather sure has been strange lately. We started off the week in the 70’s and ended it below 20 with storms, tornadoes and a furcast of snow. Fankfully, the snow passed us by, but the winds and thunder boomers were pawful.   

 

 

 

          The tornadoes passed us by too sissy. Those swirly winds were all ‘round us. Fanky fankfully we had mommy to cuddle with. T’ween mommy, your new blanky, flannel sheets and the ‘lectric blanky, we stayed all cozy and warm inside.  

 

True Raena, you sure do like me’s new blanky, don’t ya’?   

 

 

 

 

          I’s do sissy. It’s so soft and cuddly.  

 

Well, just ‘member whose blanky it is. Anyways, it is Blest Sunday, and we feel really Blest to be inside out of the cold. We’re Blest to have a luvvin’ mommy to cuddle with and we’re Blest to have each other. Even tho’ you bug me sometimes. With your constant in me’s face jumpin’ and runnin’ up on me.  

 

          But sissy, I’s luvs you so much, and I’s just wanna play. I’s don’t know you think you need to sleep so much. Kittens!!! You’re sleepin’ your life away.  

 

 

 

 

Uh Raena, haven’t you heard? We kitties sleep a lot. Me doesn’t know how you have so much energy with so little sleep. Y, You always seem to be awake and doin’ somethin’.  

 

          Well sissy, mommy always says life is short and I’s don’t wanna miss anythin’. Ifin mommy’s awake, I’s wanna be awake too. Ya’ just never know when she might offur a treat or somethin’. 

 

A treat? Have you been gettin’ treats without me Raena? (Dezi glares at Raena) That ain’t right, not right at all.    

 

 

 

 

          Uh, no sissy, I’s just usin’ that as an example. (Raena thinks to herself) Whew, almost blew that one.  

 

You better call me ifin mommy ever offurs treats when me’s sleepin’.  

 

          (Raena nods) Anyways, back to our Blessings. As always, we’re so Blest to have the most amazin’ furiends in the universe. And, meowin’ of furiends, we have a question to ask of you all. With our lease renewal comin’ up, we need an emergency contact to list in the event mommy dies. We have someone that’s willin’ to take us, but they’re too far away to retrieve us within the furst 24 hours. Mommy doesn’t want to give the manager the opurrtunity to call the local pound on us, as we would be shot. Not the way mommy plans fur any of us to go. So, ifin you’d be willin’ to retrieve us within 24 hours of mommy dyin’, purrlease let us know. We’re not askin’ fur ya’ to take us on fur the rest of our lives, just a few days maybe.
