Well it’s time fur anudder episode of Caturday’s flat scouts cat scout and this week weez had a gweat visit wiff Sammy P of 15 and meowing. Weez call him Sammy P cuz we have anudder Sammy at scouts too. Yous might know him, and fur sure hims will be visitin’ so weez’ll wait to tell ya’ ‘bout hims. Anyways, Sammy P’s flat got here Monday afternoon. Hims had been twavelin’ a long time and was purretty tired so hims chilled on da twee a bit. He is such a gentlemancat. Hims came in a tie and bwought da pawsumest made wiff luv toys fur sis Lexi and me. Hims didn’t wanna seem to take hims tie off so da furst night hims even slept in it. Da next day mommy took us all fur a stwoll after weez finished bwekky. He weally liked da stwoller. Hiims didn’t wanna get out when we got back in and so mommy sed hims kuld lay wound in it. It has a plush seat so no purrawllem. When hims finally got out, hims jumped up in da wheelchair.

Later dat day weez had company comin’ so mommy spent a lot of tim getting’ weady. We all laid wound and chilled out till our company awwived. And even Sammy p got his foto taken wiff our pawsum guest. Weez’ll tell ya’ all ‘bout dat visit tomowwo. He even went to dinner wiff da ladies. Later dat night we found out why Sammy didn’t wanna take hims tie off. See those post peeps ain’t very careful and hims got a little bent on hims furst outin’ and had a little cwimp iin hims neck. So sis Lexi sat hims down and told hims all ‘bout how embawwasses she had been goin’ to BlogPaws wiff hers neck neckid. But nopawdy pointed or stared, stead she was met wiff an outpurrin’ of luv and support. And dat it was da same fur him. Wasn’t nuffin’ hims kulda helped and nopawdy was gunna make fun of hims cuz of it. So hims took off hims tie and loossened up and had a gweat time. Mommy even twied to help hims wiff it as bestest she kuld.

Sammy P: And I so precieated it too, Dezi and Lexi and aunty Audra. And You girls are such sweeties. Dezi really does give up the scratcher lounger when Lexi wants it. I even got to lay on it a while till Lexi came out and Dezi told me I could lay anywhere else, but that if her sissy wanted da lounger I should give it to her. They have so many pawsum places to lay I didn’t mind giving it to Lexi. They have lots of great toys to play with and their mommy grows them grass all the time.

Yeah Sammy P weez do have sum gweat toys. We have sum amazin’ furiends and awnties dat have sent us lots of goodies and we luv to share. Sammy P weally liked hangin’ on da Liberty twee and lookin’ out da door. Hims sed it was weally quiet out here and weez told hims it’s cuz weez live in da kuntwy amung da old folks. So da only ‘citement is when da ambulance and fire twucks come or weez make it. MOL Weez weally enjoyed our visit wiff Sammy P and hims welkum back anytime. Hims will be headin’ out Monday fur da next leg of hims twavels. Weez gunna miss him but we can’t wait fur da next scout to awwive at our door.

Well it’s time to spill da purrverbeal beans and tell yous all ‘bout meez big surpwise. Member when we went to BlogPaws back in May? Well while we was there we met up wiff one of our pawsum furiends Christy Paws and hers mommy. It wasn’t weally Christy, she had a flat dat a lot of da kitties had to go to BlogPaws wiff. Hers mommy and our mommy hit it off weally well and hung out quite a bit. We weally hated to say goodbye to all da pawsum peeps we met but we all purromised to keep in touch. And yous know what? Weez did. And Christy joined Cat Scouts. Seems she had been buggin’ hers mommy fur a while and when da scouts stawrted twavelin’ wound hers mommy finally gave in and let her join. Hey Tristy how’s ya’ duin? This BlogPaws is gweat fun isn’t it?

Okay, back to meez stowry. As you know weez not have da gween papers to make me a flat and have me twavelin’ all over da world, so me and sissy have been havin’ a ball hostin’ udder scouts. And yous gotta come back on Caturday to see who be here this week and all da pawsum fun weez been up too. Weez got a big surpwise to weveal then too. Anyways, back to meez stowry. Sure it wuld be fun to go and visit all meez furiends, but me knows dat mommy duz hers bestest fur us and ifin she sez no, then me knows it’s fur a good weason. So me never gave it anudder fawt. And then one day we was checkin’ our emails and there was one fwum Christy and hers mommy. Christy sed hers mommy wanted to talk to meez mommy ‘bout sumfin’. It was all secwetive like so it weally had us wunnewin’ what was up. Me told mommy to call wight away and find out, so she did. And OMC is me ever glad she did. Guess who be twavelin’ da world over? Yep dat’s wight, it’s FLAT ME!!! Me ‘cided to call her Izzy after meez middle name, Izzabella.

Christy fawt it wuld be cool ifin hers flat and meez flat twaveled da world togedder. Hers mommy fawt it was a gweat idea too and so they ‘cided to ask mommy ifin it wuld be okay ifin meez flat was to come there and stawt twavelin’ wiff Christy.’s flat who she’s named, Tristy. Me kuldn’t wait cuz Christy has a horsey named Dancer dat me was gunna get to ride and she even has a bwofur. But even better, Izzy wuld get to visit wiff all meez cat scout furiends. Christy and me, better know as; Izzy and Tristy, awe gunna have lots of adventures while we twavel wound visitin’ so yous gunna have to stay tuned fur da continuin’ saga of da Lionesses on da Prowl. Blest Sunday

It’s time fur anudder Blest Sunday posty. It’s overcast and gway outside and weez spectin’ more rain. Da sun keeps twyin’ to peek fwu da clouds so weez hopin’ da rain stays away. We wuld luv to send it to our furiends bein’ pummeled by da wildfires dat be ravengin’ homes and land. Weez saw sum fotos of da skies against da fires and it looked so bootyful. It makes ya’ wunnew how sumfin’ so bootyful kuld be so disastewous and deadly. Weez purrayin’ fur all those fightin’ it and those dat lost their homes and everyfin’ to da flames and smoke. We usually have lots of fire warnins and burn bans in our awea too at this time of year. But fanks to all da rain and floodin’ we got back in May and pawrt of June, weez not as dwy as usual so weez not had many fires at all. And certainly nuffin’ compared to those ragin’ in da west/Norffwest.

On anudder note da cat scouts took a virtual twip to Lake Tahoe yesfurday. Me kuldn’t get logged in till late last night, but fankfully meez handsum mancat Andy had made sum fotos of us havin’ a gweat time and da host and hostess Felix and Maggie helped me have a gweat time on da adventure too. Me is so very lucky to have such pawsum furiends. Our puter’s been actin’ kinda stwange lately and weez not sure why. Weez still on da waitlist fur updatin’ to Windows 10 which we unnewstand is a weal pain, so weez not sure what be da purrawllem. But dat’s okay, it’s still workin’ and dat’s all dat counts wight? Weez fawt we wuld share a few fotos of da Tahoe twip wiff ya’, so enjoy.

You know we luv all of you so very much. And weez be so blest to have you all in our lives. Weez even gunna be meetin’ up wiff anudder of our awnties this week. Weez weally lookin’ furward to it and will tell ya’ all ‘bout it later. And quite a few of ya’ wanted to hear da stowry of sis Lexi and da washin’ machine so weez’ll be tellin’ dat stowry this week too.

Weez send up purrayers fur all of ya’ everyday and we ask God to keep you in Hims hands and bless you all. We also ask God to help us be a witness and a blessin’ each and everyday. Sum peeps need a witness and sum need a blessin’ and well…sum need boff, so we wanna be purrpared. As you go ‘bout yous day, stop a minute and count yous many blessings. Sumtimes da purrawllems seem to outweigh da good, but takin’ a step back offen puts fings in purrspective. Just member when yous fink yous at yous end, and dat yous just can’t take anymore; yous not alone. Furiends help keep ya’ stwong. So, go ahead and count yous blessings and have a wunnewful day.

Flat Scout Caturday

Well Caturday’s finally here and it’s time fur anudder epawsode of Flat Scouts. Ifin yous missed our furst posty just click here and a new window will open so yous won’t lose yous place. And member weez takin’ a few liberties wiff these posties and twyin’ our hand at sum cweative writin’. We had a house full of pawsum scouts. Shoko, bwofurs Timmy and Einstein and Mango was all here. We spent a lot of time hangin’ out on da cat twee, and playin’. They all luvved our new FroliCat toys we had gotten fwum PetSafe. And of course all da nip. Mommy’s weally furee wiff da nip wound here and they all fawt dat was pawsum. Seems most of them didn’t have fountains fur dwinkin’ at their house so dat took a bit of getting’ used too. A little tip fur anypawdy innerducin’ a fountain to yous bowl dwinkin’ kitty is to leave a bowl of water beside da fountain. It may take up to a mumff fur yous kitty to get used to dwinkin’ fwum da fountain. Me didn’t take to da fountain dwinkin; wight away. Mommy sez it took me a whole mumff afur me wuld go near da fing. But Oh me kittens and cats me can’t magine dwinkin’ fwum a plain ole bowl ever again.

Anyways, We had a time wiff mommy goin’ to da doctor and on hers errands. And everypawdy got to take a spin in da wheelchair. It was a little scary fur ‘em but they did purretty good. Mommy held each one tight and spoke to them in hers soft luvvin’ voice dat always calms kitties. And we all went fur a stwoll wound da pawrtments on da weekend. Everypawdy had fun and luvved ridin’ in da stwoller. We meowed ‘bout Lexi and meez duties as Service Cats and we even showed them a few fings. Like how to open da cabinets and give mommy massages. They all weally excelled at these tasks and had a gweat time purrfurmin’ ‘em. We hated to say goodbye, but Shoko, Timmy and Einstein had to be off fur da next leg of their twip. So this last Monday we sed our goodbyes and sent them on to have more fun at Timmy’s house. We sent a little furesh nip wiff Shoko to take home fur her and Kali, and sum wiff Timmy and Einstein to share wiff their furmily.

Mango got to stay and we had a gweat week duin’ lots of girly fings. We meowed ‘bout all kinds of fings and painted our claws and played in mommys makeup. We went fur more stwoller rides and hung out in da twee a lot more. We had a gweat visit and hate to see hers go too. But mommy sez all good fings must come to an end. So Mango will be off furst fing Monday. And we know we will have lots more flat scout stowries to tell cuz there be lots more scouts dat haven’t visited us yet. To join Cat Scouts, click here. Sayin’ Goodbye is always a little sad.

Da stowrm we had yesfurday kept us off da puter most of da day. But it’s over now, and we will twy to get caught up wiff our visits. But…Mr. W came to da door yesfurday and asked mommy ifin she wuld go to da Pet Store wiff hims and show him what to buy fur Buddy. Mommy sed she wuld ifin hims wuld buy hers wecommendations. So it might be tomowwo afur we make it by.
