WooHoo It’s Furiday and one day closer to Christmas.  Can yous believ it?  Mommy found ow stockings, so they’ve been hung up on da doors of da hutch.  Well da twee is on top of da fireplace so there’s no more room there. MOL  As yous seen in fotos we hav a small lectwic fireplace, so there’s no mantle or flue or need fur wood.  But dat be a good fing.  It means mommy’s not likely to smoke us outta da house. Dat’s a whole nudder story and long afur meez time.  Just west assured weez much better off wiff da lectwic fireplace.  Meez been lookin’ into those give away widgets cuz meez havin’ meez first give away comin’ up soon, and so we sure hope lots of you enter. Weez’ll be tellin’ ya’ more ‘bout it weal soon.  Cuz me bets yous all wunnewin’ just what it is weez be givin’ away wight?

In udder news, mommy and me awe gunna be at da caw dealership today gettin’ da wecalls fixed. And meez sure mommy’s got udder errands fur us to run too.  So weez purrawlly won’t get much visitin’ dun tomowwo, but weez’ll get caught back up over da weekend.  And weez hopin’ dat blogger stops finkin’ we be wobots.  Cuz yous wuld be supwised how many times mommy gets da code wong. MOL Yous wuld fink dat wuld be purroof pawsitive weez not be wobots.  After all wuld a ‘puter get da wong answer?  Accordin’ to da bank, ‘puters awe never wong.  Anyways, weez twyin’ to make as many comments as we can so long as mommy can get da wight letters in da wight box.  Meez also gunna be goin’ to da nursin’ home wiff mommy and playin’ Therapy kitty soon.  You know me be a Service cat first and foremost, but mommy also wegistered me as a Therapy kitty so me kuld make sum visits and  hopefully cheer up sum folks.  Yous know da holidays can be a weally hawd time fur sum peeps.

Dezi: Cat of the Week

Well meowllo and how ya’ duin’?  We be slowly ketchin’ up wiff everypawdy.  There’s still quite a foo of yous weez haven’t gotten visited, but weez awe gettin’ there, and hope to get all caught up this weekend.  So awe yous all weady fur Christmas?  Ifin not yous better hurry cuz there’s only 2 weeks left.  Can you believ it?  Mommy sed hers sure can’t.  Weez been seein’ lots of you wecievin’ secwet pal gifts and sum of you awe openin’ them wight away and udders be waitin’ till Christmas. We can’t wait to see what you all got.  What fun it’s gunna be.  We hav been gettin’ so many wunnewful cawds boff email and snail mail.  We feel so blest and all warm and fuzzy. Fank yous all fur includin’ us in yous celebwations.

Well da pawtment inspection went okay.  So faw so good, we made it fwu da day wiff out gettin’ a write up so chances awe no wight ups this mumff.  Course da mumff is yung.  MOL  Anyways, Fanks fur all yous good wishes and purrayers fur us and da inspection. 

We also got a letter in da mail sayin’ sumfin’ ‘bout ow caw bein’ wecalled.  Ow caw isn’t new, but it’s fairly new to us. Weez only had it 2 years now.  Anyways, we wuz posed to call them to schedule a pointment to get da purrawlem fixed .  So mommy called over and found out dat da wecall hers letter wuz ‘bout wusn’t da only wecall on ow caw.  There wuz a wecall back 10 years ago dat never got fixed.  OMC Not good.  So da wepair shop sed they wuld order da pawts and giv us a call to schedule a time fur us to bwing da caw in to get fixed.  So yesfurday hims called and sed they had boff da pawts and wanted to schedule us in on Furiday. So looks like weez gunna be going to hav those fings fixed dat make ow caw dangerous.  Me can’t wait to go to town again.  They sed it wuld purrawlly take ’bout an hour, and then there’s da dwivin’ time to get there and back  and run sum errands.

Now there wuz a bit of confusion ‘bout shoppin’ wiff a cop, so we fawt we wuld kinda splain it all to you.  Me finks most of you hav heard of da angel twees.  Dat’s da twee fur da kids hoo be less fortunate So dat they too kuld hav Christmas purresents.  Well a kupple years ago da communities decided to take it to da nex level and took up donations of gween papers stead of toys, clothes, etc..  And  then they wuld giv this munny to those kids and send them on a shoppin’ twip wiff a police officer so dat they kuld buy da fings they wanted. Da kids get $100.00 each to shop, and a cop.  Da police man takes them to whatever store they wanna go to and spend an hour (on average) pushin’ da cawts wound and weadin’ da stwuctions and stuffs dat da kids can’t do.  Meez gotta tell ya’ we wonder ‘bout how these kids actually qualify fur this purrogwam cuz they be walkin’ wound da store wiff there iFones and pickin’ out da mostest spensiv toys da store has.  Me gotta tell ya’ weez not qualify but weez fur sure awen’t nearly as gweedy as those kids.  We heard sevewal of them tellin’ their cop dat they didn’t wanna spend any of their munny on furmily members.  It’s purretty skeery when yous fink ‘bout it,  cuz they awe gunna grow up and become selfish gweedy adults sumday.  Anyways dat be “shoppin’ wiff a cop.”

And me also wanted to tell yous all dat on of ow sweet furiends Basil has decided to hav a Cat of da week where hims duz an innewview and makes sum weally cool fotos, and hims chose us to be da very first.  Yous kuld be da nex Cat/Dog/Rabbit/ Pig/whatever of da week, all yous gotta do is let hims know yous innewwested.  Can yous believ it.  Meez is so very excited. You Just Fawt We Were Busy…

Meowllo, did you miss me?  Yeah meez been missin’ in action again. But fur good weason, just wait’ll you hear all ‘bout it.  But first me has to say to those of you on Blogger, it seems weez hav to purrove dat we not be wobots. And well, weez not gettin’ da easy nummers, weez gettin’ all those hawd to see/read words. So cuz weez behind and havin’ to do dat, mommy is pickin’ 1 posty out of da ones weez missed and be readin’ to comment on.  So altho’ we be readin’ da postys we missed weez not be commentin’.  Even tho’ mommy had da cataract surgery her still dusn’t hav purrfect eyesight, and it be kind of hawd to make out da letters.  We just wanted to let you know what wuz goin’ on.

So now on to today’s posty.  We told you da udder day ‘bout ow busy doctor day Furiday.  Well mommy had a eye doctor pointment on Monday in da city.  Dat means we be out of pocket fur most of da day.  Cuz mommy twies to combine a lot of stuff into these twips we take.  So mommy had hers pointment and we wusn’t weal sure what hims wuz gunna check.  Of course we wuz runnin’ late, what’s new?. MOL  So we got back to da room and lo and behold they dilated mommys eyes.  She kuldn’t see nuffin’.  MOL  Anyways da doctor told mommy dat everyfin’ looked good and hers not hav a detached retina.  WooHoo  Good news.  So after we finished up there and mommy kuld see sumfin’ besides white spots we headed over to da local pet store.  Awe yous wunnewin’ why?  Cuz like we told you dat we shop online wiff Chewy.com lots of times wight?  Well weez gunna be havin’ ow very first ever give away here afur Christmas.  And we got a coupon fwum da company to use at da store to pick up da purroduct fur ow weview/giv away.  And well we can’t go to a pet store wiffout walkin’ wound and checkin’ everyfin’ out and lettin’ me meet all da peeps.  And of course mommy had to pick up a can of special noms fur ow Christmas dinner.  So furever later when there wuz nopawdy left to make over me, we left.

Mommy needed to go by wally world.  When we got there mommy saw a kupple police caws sittin in da pawkin’ lot.  Not dat  weez  not used to seein’ ‘em, and wiff da season here it’s good to hav them there to purrtect all da Christmas shoppers.  So of course weez not bweakin’ any laws and don’t intend too, so da police men didn’t bodder us not one bit.  So we got a buggy and went to look wound.  Mommy wanted to purrice da keyboards fur hers new iPad dat she won, and OMC weez kuldn’t believ what they wuz sellin’ those little fings fur.  Mommy sed, “Oh Catness Dezi I’m gunna be savin’ up fur furever to buy one of those.”  mommy weally liked da one wiff da backlit/see in da dawk keys.  And so even tho’ weez can’t afford to send weal cawds mommy decided this twip wuld be a gweat time to look at all da cawds.  First let me just tell you da last time mommy wuz able to send a cawd they wuz still $.50 cents.  Yous kuld buy da ginormous poster size fur like $3.00.  So boy did we get a shock when mommy looked at da purrices. MOL  OMC just a wegular cawd dat duz nuffin’ (weez’ll get back to this) and dusn’t even say very much wuz $5.00.  Mommy wuz shocked.  Anyways, she also noticed dat lots of cawds awen’t just cawds anymore.  So mommy opened this cawd up and suddenly me heard meowin’ all over da place.  What?, me fawt.  Anudder kitty in Walmart?  Me fawt me wuz da only kitty dat went into wallly world.  Me wuz lookin’ everywhere and just kuldn’t spot dat kitty.  And just as suddenly as it stawted it wuz over and da udder kitty went quiet.  Me twied to meow dat it wuz okay and it didn’t need to hide, but it just wuldn’t listen and come out.  A foo minutes later and me heard a lot of kittties.  They wuz siging’ sumfin’, me just kuldn’t make it out.  They got quiet lots quicker than da first kitty did tho’, so me didn’t even bodder twyin’ to help them out.  There wuz kids and police men wiff guns everywhere.  OMC It wuz Shop wiff a Cop night.  No wunner da store wuz jamm packed.  Anyways, we wondered wound da store a bit and finally got da foo fings we went in there fur and headed home.  By dat time it wuz pitch black outside.  And gettin’ cold. Member me told you mommy wuz runnin’ late?  Well hers had been wearin’ a short sleeve top, and she furgot to get a jacket, so now she wus fureezin’. MOL   Well anyways, dat    wuz our day and we wuz just plain xausted when it wuz over.  So weez didn’t even get on da puter to check emails.

Oh and weez hav more of those stupid inspections today, so Lexi and me gotta get our hissers weady. Yous know weez not like da manager, wight? Well weez gotta be weady to tell hers off.  And don’t furget weez gunna be havin’ ow very first giv away weal soon.  And let me just tell you it’s a Biggy.

OMC Here it is alweady Monday. And weez didn’t even show up or make a posty at all on Blest Sunday.  Can you believ it? Well it’s certainly not cuz weez not Blest; cuz we fur sure awe.  Yep, we awe twuly blest indeed.  so why didn’t we make a Blest Sunday posty?  And just where hav we been?  You ask?  Well let me tell ya’.  As you know, cuz me told you last week, we needed to get ow Christmas cawds dun and sent, and we got dat new pawsum twee dat we needed to put up, and oh yeah, da wedder be actin’ stwange, and mommy’s hurtin’ weally bad.  but hers sez worse than da pain is da allergies dat keep hers eyes and nose eevew runnin’ or dwy as dirt. MOL  Anyways, we finally fink weez dun it.
