Meowllo evewypawdy and happy Caturday. Me wants to mention stwaight off dat me joined da Pet Pawade over at Rascal and Roccos. Evewy week weez join ‘em and evewy week mommy furgets to put their link in meez posty. You know sum fings oughtta go wiffout sayin’. Me can’t dictate evewyfin’. Me needs meez booty west. But me did want’cha to know dat meez joinin’ ‘em again this week along wiff many more pawsum pet blogs. Yous oughtta head over, after yous wead and comment on meez posty of course; and check ‘em out. So, most of ya’ know dat sissy has a Facebook page wiff hers name on it. Weez change out and make posties on each udders pages all da time, and meez bloggy goes up there evewyday. Or at least evewy time me can get mommy to take dictation. Anyways, she asked ow furiends ifin they wuld like a daily chwonicle ‘bout how she be duin’, how da meds awe workin’ and so on. Mommy wanted to keep a wecord fur hers selff and they fawt ifin ow furiends wuz innewested this wuld be a purrfect way to journal it. Well we hav da mostest pawsumest furiends in da universe and of course they all sed yes, they wanna hear all ‘bout it. So Lexi posted yesfurday after dinner and it wuz mostly borin’ cuz da day had gone purretty good. Well she spoke too soon. Yous wanna knmow why?

Well just let me tell ya’. It went sumfin’ like this. Mommy wuz takin’ dictation when me had to go to da pawdee box. (she shlda took dat time to add da linky to da Pet Pawade) Just as me headed back, sis Lexi came wunnin’ fwu da house like hers pants wuz on fire. She had hers tail tucked down and hers hiney all sucked up. Come on yous ladies know what meez talkin’ ‘bout when yous twyin’ to get in those jeans you wore when you wuz still a teenager?. Anyways, me had to go so me didn’t fink much ‘bout it. Maybe hers meds is givin’ hers da zoomies. Well me wuz in da pawdee box twyin’ to do meez businesss and me heard mommy say, “Oh Lexi. It’s okay sweety, accidents happen. Let me help ya’. Honey, don’t run off. Wait!! Stop!!” but did sissy wait or stop? Nope hers whizzed past me and into da udder pawdee box hers went wiff mommy hot on hers heels.

Lexi: Well Dezi ledid me tell ya’ sumfin’, derz nubbin’ okay bowt dat smell or feelin’ or habbin’ a ji-unt chayzin abter ya’ wiv a wad ov toylit payper cuz sumfin’ beez hayngin’ frum youz hinee-bow. Itz jiz down rite im-bayrizun. Jiz cuz youz doo it awl da time duzunt meen I’z wanna habz a tern.

Well sissy me dusn’t like it, but it just happens sumtimes wiff all meez fur. At least yous not hav all da bwitches me has. Anyways, wiff all this commotion goin’ on it’s a wunnew me wuz able to handle meez business. Altho’ guess me spoke too soon. Cuz da nex fing me heard wuz mommy hollewin’, “Oh My Bloomin’ Cat!!!! Cant’t either of you hit the pawdee box? Me had a little stickin’ purrawlem too, and it fell off to da floor when me jumped outta da pawdee box. And…..pawently mommy went and stepped in it. (snickers) Okay yous wight, it wusn’t funny (chuckles under her breath). Poor mommy. All she wuz twyin’ to do wuz hav a cup of hot coffee. And she’s almost out. Da only fing we can say to dat is, why shuld we change how ow house wuns just cuz yous at da bottom of da coffee can mommy. Ifin yous been followin’ eever of us fur anytime yous know dat mommy rarely if ever gets to sit down and hav a whole cup of fwesh hot coffee. Well mommy had a big ole mess to clean up in da pawdee box woom cuz of course mw didn’t hit da piddle pads eever. And of course after mommy stepped in it and smooshed it evewywhere it wusn’t gunna be an easy job. No, don’t worry weez not hav any fotos of this. Poor mommy wuz gwossed out she wuldn’t subject yous all to it. And all this happened in da foo hours after Lexi posted hers update on Facebook. Hope all of you hav fings movin’ nowmally and not be havin’ dirty bloomers fur yous mommys to clean. And we hope yous hav a pawsum Caturday.

Busy Blest Sunday

Meowllo and a very Blest Sunday to yous all. Hope yous all enjoyed hearin’ ‘bout Lexi’s day wiff mommy. Me will tell ya’ she hasn’t stopped meowin’ ‘bout it. Since she’s gotten older she dusn’t always enjoy goin’ places wiff mommy anymore. You know all da peeps and da noises and da long days. But even tho’ hers had to go to da Vet da same day, she weally did enjoy hers day out wiff mommy. Noise and peeps and all. Altho’ she did complain ‘bout not getting’ da tweats everywhere she went like me duz. Well dat’s cuz they went to udder places than where me gets tweats. Altho’ mommy did buy sum tweats so she didn’t do wiffout, and we got bacon too. Don’t nopawdy worry ‘bout dat now. Mommy makes sure dat one of us dusn’t get sum kinda goody dat da udder dusn’t. She’s weally good like dat. And OMC Weez always furget to put da linky up fur da Pet Parade hosted by ow pawsum furiends Rascal and Rocco. Yous guys awe so amazin’. Yous never get mad at us or yell at us or nuffin’. Fank Catness mommy has yous linky in ow sidebaw, but we join every week, so paw on over and check out all da udder pawsum pets there, and da featured blog. It’s always a gweat one.

Anyways, even tho’ weez not zactly got good news fwum da Vet, we awe still blest. Sis Lexi’s condition is in da very early stages. And mommy has learned how to give hers da medicine so dat it dusn’t upset hers tummy and make hers fwo up hers meals. And Lexi’s eatin’ again. Da only fing more we kuld ask is dat God heal Lexi. And we know dat may sound like weez bein’ gweedy, but when it comes to Lexi and me, mommy sez there’s nuffin’ she wuldn’t do fur us. So ifin she has to be gweedy…so be it.

Now yous might be wunnewin’ why weez got a busy day today. Well let me tell ya’. Member da lectwical outlet and livin’ room light dat went out da udder day? Well, da lectwicians awe comin’ Monday to fix da wirin’. And well da outlet dat’s been affected is in da dinin’ room and da light/fan is in da livin’ room. NO! They’re not suppose to be tied togedder in any way, but they awe. Da maintenance man came down Fursday to twy to mess everyfin’ up even worse, and mommy wefused to let hims do da work. See all work purrfurmed here like dat is posed to be dun by a licensed purrfessional. And da maintenance man is weally diswespectful to everypawdy, not just us. Dat bein’ sed, weez gotta move sum stuffs wound so dat da lectwician can get to everyfin’ to get it fixed.

And then on Wednesday weez havin’ company. Now yous might be sayin’ to yous selff, company; so what?. Why awe you busy cuz of company? And fur dat matter what do weez care dat yous havin’ company? Well, we don’t hav company very offen, but this isn’t just anypawdy. It’s one of ow pawsum Facebook awnties. And she’s bwingin’ us a purresent. She even mentioned she might take mommy out to lunch while she wuz here. Don’t worry weez awe gunna take fotos. And mommy sez dat Lexi and me might even get pawt of da day off cuz she will be wiff anudder purrsun. Mommy dusn’t get to go out very offen, but when it duz happen she likes to let us hav sum time to do whatever we wanna. Altho’ a purrsun might not be able to alert to mommy dat hers gunna pass out, they can keep an eye on her ifin she duz, and take hers to a hospital ifin she’s be gushin’ blood. Now mind you, weez not mind workin’ at all. But mommy sez dat we work hawd and we deserve to play hawd. And dat since we live wiff hers and she’s almost always home then weez always on “duty”. and she sez dat everypawdy/kitty/doggy deserves a little time off every now and then.

So da busy is house cleanin’. Tween mommy bein’ sick and Lexi’s issues since Fanksgivin’, mommy has kind of let fings go a bit and so she wants to stwaighten up and get da house fixed up a bit. And since it usually takes a lot out of her and she passes out quite a foo times whn she duz it and it takes a day or 2 to wecuppuerrate, then she wants to do it now so she’ll be okay and weady to visit on Wednesday. We haven’t gotten completely caught up, but wnuff so dat mommy can take a day off to work wound da house. So weez might not get to visit today, but weez’ll see ya’ soon. And again, weez wanna fank yous all fur bein’ ow furiends and supportin’ us and luvvin’ us. We awe so twuly blest to hav you all in ow lives. And we wanna fank Timmy, hims daddy Mr. Pete and hims furmily fur puttin’ sum gween papers in ow PayPal account fur sis Lexi’s care.

And member back when we wuz havin’ all da pawtment purrawlems and ow sweet furiend Nellie and hers mommy Miss Barbie gave us a amazon gift cawd and told mommy to buy sumfin’ fwivolous wiff it? Well hers finally ‘cided on what she wuld get and it went on sale, and it’s here. Mommy bought a 2 TB external hawd dwive so she can store all da fotos and stuffs she wants wiffout havin’ to worry ‘bout cwashin’ da puter or slowin’ it down by takin’ up all it’s memowy. So weez sure do fank you again fur da gift cawd as we learned weal quick weez not wanna be wiffout a puter ever again. Herz still likes da fumm dwive stuffs cuz dat’s faw more purrtable but this be a pawsum way fur mommy to snap da flashy box even more and not hav to worry. Weez hope yous all hav a pawsum weekend, and stay warm (or cool Fozziemum).

It’s A Jelly Bean Furiday

WooHoo It’s Finally Furiday!!! Lot’s of ya’ hav asked why weez not been talkin’ ‘bout da old/new pawtment and all da new stuffs. Well, let me tell ya’ why. A foo days ago weez asked what fotos yous all wuz innewested in seein’, and most of ya’ wanna see da whole pawtment. See da fing is, weez had planned to show ya’ da whole pawtment specially since ya’ kinda alweady saw it when weez posted da fotos of da mess da movers left us wiff. But weez wanna show it off when it looks good. So, yous all gunna just have to wait till mommy gets da boxes put away. Weez not slobs after all and so weez wuld rather show yous a nice pawtment where yous can see evewything. And yous know da veep ordered mommys new fwidge when hers told hims dat they put a smaller one in here, and it wusn’t sumfin’ dat kuld ship out wight away, so weez still don’t hav it yet. It’ll be here by da 8ff of this mumff. So once evewyfin’ gets here and mommy gets us all togedder again, yous will get to see evewyfin’. Okay? Do weez hav a deal? Good.

Now me weally weally wanted to shawe an adoptable kitty wiff yous all this week but fings didn’t quite work out like meez planned, so me went to sum of sis Lexi’s old pals and told ‘em me wanted to shawe a bootyful kitty and so here she is. Her name be Jelly Bean. She’s still yung and very sweet and cuddly and vewy twustin’ of hoomans. Weez not know zackly what happened to hers eye. Da vet wemoved it because it had been injured by a pawssible kick fwum a nasty hooman hoo also cut off pawt of hers tail. And yet she still luvs to be petted and luved on by hoomans. So twustin’ still. And yous know it won’t get hers down. Weez hav a furiend dat can’t see nuffin’ at all, and hims has a pawsum life. So me just knows dat Jelly Bean wuld fill yous home wiff so much luv and sunshine yous wuld nevew notice hers missin’ eye or tail. And just look at hers bootyful coat. Isn’t dat spectaculaw? Hers da colow of fall. So this is da purrfect time to adopt hers and giv hers dat purrfect furever home. Hers be located in Tulsa Oklahoma. She is stayin’ at da vets office as there be no room in da foster homes. Hers rescuers awe da Pet Adoption Legue of Tulsa OK which be a 501c3 rescue. Pillin’ the Feline Chillun’ and Blog Hops

Well today be Fursday. Course yous all know dat wight? So why me be tellin’ ya’ sumfin’ yous alweady know is what yous askin’ yous selff. It’s cuz me wants to talk a little ‘bout blog hops. As yous also all know weez like to do a Blest Sunday posty evewy week. And weez been asked mowe than once why weez don’t join da Fankful Fursday blog hop. To be honest weez not even know hoo sponsors it, but weez do fink it’s a pawsum fing to do. Of course weez fink it’s a gweat idea to tell da fings yous be gwateful fur or blest by at least once a week. Mommy sits us down evewy day no matter what be goin’ on and weez list at least 5 fings dat weez be gwateful fur. Yes of course mommy be da one duin’ da listin’. Mommy sez this world weez liv in not be da nicest place and it’s so easy to lose sight of ones blessings by bein’ bogged down in da day to day stwuggle to just get by. Yous still wunnewin’ where me be goin’ awen’t yous. Well let me just tell ya’.

When we stawted meez bloggy me knew nuffin’ ‘bout blog hops or days set aside fur specific kinds of postys or nun of dat. Weez weally wusn’t suwe what to do here. Weez just knew weez had a stowwy to tell and wanted to get dat out. But weez also wanted to hav fun and do sum educatin’. And one Caturday while visitin’ ow furiends weez came acwoss Athena’s Caturday Art Blog Hop. Me had alweady posted meez posty, and me didn’t unnewstand what weez wuz weadin’, and we didn’t unnewstand why there wuz so many fotos of udder blogs on hers posty. And then weez clicked da “you’re nex” button finkin’ weez wuz leavin’ a comment. Only stead of goin’ to da comments weez went to a diffewent page. Well it asked fur a lot of da fings weez had to fill out to leav comments on udders blog postys so weez fawt nuffin’ ‘bout it and just filled it out. Nex fing weez knew meez foto wuz on Athena’s posty. And do yous know dat Athena wuz nuffin’ but nice to me even tho’ meez didn’t link back to hers bloggy. She visited meez bloggy and made a vewy sweet comment on meez posty and nevew once sed anyfin’ ‘bout da fact me didn’t acknowledge her. Da nex week meez had learned me wuz posed to link back, but no matter what me twied, me kuldn’t get hers linky to show up like a link yous kuld click on. Still Athena was vewy sweet and nevew once gwiped at me. Wiff da help of Sammy’s mommy Miss Pam, me finally learned how to link back to da blog hop. But me still furgot to add da foto of da blog hop to meez posty. And to this day me still dusn’t always get it wight, and Athena still be just as sweet to me today as da first time when me had no idea what me wuz duin’. Fank yous so much Athena and Marie.

And then me came acwoss da Pet Parade Blog Hop hosted by Rascal and Rocco wiff sevewal co hosts. And yet again half da time me dusn’t get meez linkys wight. And they’ve nevew once gwiped at meez eevew. And now me sumtimes posts selfies on Sunday and join up wiff da Kitties Blue, and yet weez nevew do it wight eevew. And they nevew once tell us not to join ‘em ifin weez can’t get it wight. Well weez did finally get each of their links and badges up on meez side baw even ifin me can’t wemember to put them in meez postys. And fankfully they awe all furgivin’, even though meez not duin’ it wight. Mommy purromises me each week hers will do better and yet each week hers furgets. So fur da most pawt dat’s why weez not join in on da Fankful Fursday blog hop. Weez can’t even do wight by da ones weez wegularly join so da last fing meez wants to do is join annuder one dat will hav to be patient and furgivin’ of me and mommy. And da second weason is dat weez weally like duin’ ow Blest Sunday postys. Bein’ Christians weez do fink of Sunday as da Lord’s day and weez know dat all blessings come fwum da Lord so weez like to post ow blessings then. It’s just a purrsunal fing and not a slight to anypawdy. As yous all know weez still vewy new to all of this so weez still be learnin’ and findin’ zackly what works fur us.

Weez also wanted to talk a little today ‘bout pillin’ da chillun’ of da feline purrsuasion. Most all of yous hav had to do it at one time or anudder. And no doubt yous hav twied vawious methods fwum pill pockets to favowit noms to da good ole stand by…..da pill pusher. But did yous know dat ifin yous not followin’ dat dose wiff sum water or even butter or cweam cheese yous may be causin’ inflamation or scarrin’ in da kitty dat kuld lead to an inability to even eat or dwink. Now fur suwe this wuld be mowe of a purrawlem fur those kitties dat take wegular medicines than those hoo get pilled a foo times in their lifetime. Now as most of yous know (cuz weez told yous) mommy wuz a Vet Tech. years ago, but sum of da fings hers duz today is cuz of what hers learned there. Back then weez not fink they knew these dangers, but da VET mommy worked fur sed, “you wouldn’t swallow a pill without something to wash it down would ya’?” And so all these years mommy’s been followin’ pills in kittys wiff water or butter. (most kitties luv butter) Yous can wead mowe ‘bout this here.

Weez awe away fur a while today cuz weez be gettin’ ow furniture and boxes moved and mommy dusn’t wanna be on da puter and in da way while they be twyin’ to move evewyfin’, so weez will get to all of yous bloggys to visit soon, okay.
