“Mommys’ Little Angels“   Well meez wus gunna tell a diffewent stowwy tuday til meez stawted weadin’ yous comments on yesfuwdays blog post.  And meez gotta tell yous dat wees all got a giggle hewe fwum dem.  Da genewal comment wus dat ifin yous made a mess yous wuldn’t be called an angel, much less mommy’s little angel. MOL   So meez fawt me wuld just let yous in on a little secwet.  See mommy has dis belief dat ibin yous call a kitty/doggy/ child etc. by da  name or action yous want dem tu emulate, den deys will.  So da mowe wees fwustwate mommy da mowe angelic wees become. Da only way yous know dat mommy is fwustwated is da clenched teef sound when shes sez it.  MOL  Fuw instance, meez told yous dat meez dusn’t like da pawdee box tu be diwty and will skweek at mommy tiwelessly til shes cleans it out.  Dusn’t mattew what mommy’s duin’ ifin da pawdee box has been used meez wants it clean dat minute. (Yes wees hav mowe den 1, but wees only use ‘Da One’)  

So da uddew day mommy wusn’t feelin’ so good, and hers had fixed bwekky fuw Lexi and meez and had just sat down tu hav a hot cup of coffee.  Lexi and meez had boff alweady used da pawdee box and mommy had cleaned it, so all wus well fuw hers tu ‘wake up’.  Til it wusn’t.  Lexi had gone back tu da pawdee box and made a deposit duwin’ hers bwekky.  So meez stawted skweekin at mommy. (meez had followed Lexi back der)  Mommy left hers hot fwesh cup of coffee and came and cleaned da pawdee box fuw meez and told me tu come and eat meez bwekky. Hers went back tu have hers coffee and no soonew did hers pick up da cup when meez started skweekin agin. 🙂  Mommy hollewed back at meez tu use da pawdee box or come and eat bwekky and hers wuld take cawe of it in a minute.  Hers took a sip of coffe and meez continued tu skweek.  Mommy came back tu da pawdee box woom tu check and meez wus on da vanity lookin’ at meezselff in da miwwo.  Aftew a pat on da head and a kiss, again mommy went back tu hav coffee and it wus ice cold.  So hers made anuddew cup and wight aftew hers picked up da cup meez stawted skweekin’ again.  Again mommy came tu check and again, nuffin tu see or clean.  Back tu hers now wawm cup of coffee and a sip latew meez wus skweekin again.  By dis time it took all da suddewn chawm meez mommy kuld mustew, but hews sed in da most luvvin voice dat kuld come fwum clenched teeff, “Honey, either use the potty box or come and eat your brekky. I am tryin’ to wake up and have my first cup of coffee for the day, okay Angel??!!”  See, der it is, ders da angel wowd. MOL  Of couwse meez kep skweekin and mommy finally came back tu da pawdee box woom and dis time meez had piddled in da floow and wus trwyin’ tu covew it up.  Mommy looked at meez and looked at da floow and all da colow had dwained fwum hers face and meez fawt me saw steam comin’ fwum hers eaws, and hers sed, “Oh Angel, I love you baby, but why did you do that?.  The potty box is clean.   Dezi, my angel my love,” and hers weached down and picked meez up and gave meez kisses and sed; “Angel I love you so much. No matter what you do you’ll always be mommys’ little blue eyed angel girl.”  And meez purred and purred and luvved on meez mommy and finally went and ate meez bwekky. Meez finks mommy finally had a cup of coffee dat day aftew cleanin da floow. MOL

So mommy sez ifin dis is what wees du as angels den hers kuldn’t take it ifin wees wus bein’ bwats/devils or any uddew negative name. MOL  And mommy is aftew all just an old Suddewn Belle hoo still  poows on da hunny…. sumtimes a little tu fick. MOL But she’s ow Suddewn Belle mommy and  wees like da hunny dat dwips fwum hers lips. 🙂  Wees will always be Mommy’s Little Angels!!

    1. MOL Yep Bacon mommy calss us all kinds of names, punkin pie, sugaw luv, dawlin’, etc. . But nope nuffin devlinsh or negative. Just mommys’ way. 🙂

  8. Hmmm… I make messes all the time – although never involvin’ the litter box – and do you know what i do? I blame one of my sibs. Works like a charm.

  10. I always tell my Mom when I’ve used the potty box – I like things to be nice and tidy in there at all times! But you were letting your Mom know that you’d not even GONE in the potty box – you went in the floor so I guess I can see why your Mom might have been just a teensy weensy bit upset but she didn’t yell at you anyway….she still called you her Angel….and you are!!

Sumtimes da neighbows make so much noise dat meez tu scawed tu go tu da pawdee box by meez selff and meez calls tu mommy so dat hers can come and stay wiff me. but ifin hers dusn’t den meez pawdees in da floow.
