Meowllo and welcome to a brand new week. Of course me’s startin’ it off with a Blest Sunday posty. As you already know we had a pawsumly blest week and celebrated mommy’s birthday. Mommy says it was so nice to see so many who don’t admit their age either. But me wants to know why it is dat humans don’t like to get older or admit they are but when it comes to us anipals, ya’ll seem to get all beside yourself excited da older we get? You know, what’s up with dat?

So glad we found your page (and thank you for stopping by ours). Love this: “pull me’s tail and me will go all ninja and whacky paw ya’ fur sure.” We can’t wait to read more about your adventures (we followed you on Twitter and liked your Facebook page too so we’d keep up with all the happenins’. Love to all of you ❤

Dear Dezi, We are so glad you and mom had a peaceful and reflective week, and you are safe from the storms for now! We don’t watch direct TV, so are not sure what the ad intends? We think family planning is best left up to the potential mom and dad and not a TV ad!! Yikes. What is our world coming to? Love you, and wish you a wonderful Memorial Day and a great week. Hello Dezi and Mom! Happy Belated Birthday!!!!! I REALLY find that commercial offensive! Especially since my little brother and his wife could only safely have one child because of medical difficulties during pregnancy and being in the medical field, I see couples all the time that endure struggle and heartbreak trying to even have one child. NOT a nice commercial! Hope you have a fabulous rest of the weekend!

Fank you awnty Kelly. We’re sorry fur your brofur and his wife but are thankful they were able to have a child. We were wondering ifin we were da only ones affected by it. We wish they would take it down, but alas, there are lots of peeps dat purrobably think dat way. Anyways, hope you all have a pawsumly blest week.
Luv you bunches

We have seen that commercial, and we just think it’s strange, and not very funny. We are thankful for you and Mommy, too, sweet Dezi. Big hugs to you both.

That is an odd commercial, I am a second child though and it doesn’t offend me. I am glad your Mom had a nice birthday despite being sad and missing Lexi. XO

Fanks awnty Ellen. Strange it doesn’t offend you. Mommy didn’t think of “second chld”, “first”, just dat sumpawdy was implyin’ peeps shouldn’t have more than one kid. Don’t get us wrong, there’s purrlenty of peeps dat shouldn’t be havin’ kids in our opinions, but hey, who are we, is da way we feel, and so da same would go fur dat commercial. Anyways, have a great weekend.

Loves ya Dezi. I haven’t seen that ad but it sounds rather intrusive. I don’t know if we get the same ads as you. We get some but not all. One day, far into the future there may be laws against reproducing but not yet.

Yeah like in Asia. With all dat be goin’ on in da country we just thought it was strange dat they would say dat on a commercial and nopawdy would speak out. But it seems not many peeps have actually seen it, so maybe dat’s why. Oh well.
Luv ya’

We’ve seen that commercial and honestly, Dezi, never gave it any thought because we aren’t interested in what they’re selling. We guess they’re trying to be funny…but the humor falls flat.

What on earth is that commercial for, the one where they want the Humans to rethink having baby humans? What are they trying to sell?!
We just love that boxy picture, Dezi. You are such a beautiful kitty.

We have seen that commercial, and think it is kinna weerd. But there are others that come across weerd too. There is one where the guy keeps saying things he will never do (never get married, never have kids, never move ta the suburbs, never buy a minivan, etc). Then he is sittin on the couch holding his wife and kids and says he will never let go. Now wait, he DID do all those things he said he would never do! So does that mean he WILL let go of his fambly?
TBT says that advertising people arent quite normal, so they dont know when they are sayin weerd stuff…
