Meow-llo Dear Amazin’ furiends. It’s Blest Sunday, so we had to paw in. Not only is it Blest Sunday, but it’s also Resurrection Sunday. That’s a very special day at our house.
Uh Sissy, it’s also mine’s 3rd birthday. Did you furget? Ya’ know, you purromissed me a birthday pawrty. I’s believe the words were, the pawrty to end all pawrties.
Me didn’t furget Raena. Mommy and me are gonna throw you the biggest pawrty you’ve ever seen. We might even get some of our furiends involved. Wouldn’t that be fun?. Anyways, it’s just on hold fur a little bit. As everypawdy knows, our lives have been in turmoil the last few weeks or so and well, we need things to settle just a bit befur we can finish the pawrty prep.
Okay sissy. Just don’t furget, ya’ll owe me a pawrty. I’s wanna fanky fank Valentine and Pipo, Dalton and Benji fur mine’s birthday cards. Ain’t they purretty?

Me’s purretty sure you’re not gonna let us furget Raena. Anyways, we posted on facebook ealier last week a foto of mommy’s leg and foot that was swollen up like a hunnerd times it’s normal size. The swelling hasn’t gone down, but the heat has gone away fur the most pawrt. Mommy says it still hurts really bad. We weren’t able to get anythin’ to soak it in or any of that salt. We just don’t have the green papers right now, so we’re doin’ a lot of purrayin’ instead. We’ll tell ya’ all ‘bout the movers and how things are goin’ here soon. Today, we just wanted to come and Give Thanks fur our blessings and let you know, we’ll be back at it this week. Mommy’s purromissed to help us visit with everypawdy this week and get us back on track.

She told mommy to make sure we get a pizza, and that’s just what mommy plans to do this week. Mommy also got me some fancy new dishes to drink and eat out of. Fanky fank you mommy, I’s luvs ‘em. And purrayers that Mommy’s foot gets better soon ! If she can’t get Epsom salts, maybe just ice would help (or a bag of frozen peas, which will shape to her foot and when it thaws just put it back in the freezer !)

Oh No! We are late wishing you a Happy Birthday Raena! Sowwy. I just added it to Dads calendar so that is the Last Time we are late! I think I can blame Rumpy fur this as he is… no, I have to be honest it was me. Sigh

Did your mom injure her foot? If not, she needs help right away, that could be a blood clot. At least take some aspirin. Happy Belated Birthday Raena! And Happy Belated Easter too. XO
Fanky fank you awnty Ellen. No, mommy didn’t injure her foot, it’s from bein’ on it too long and doin’ too much. And, she can’t take aspirin or any other pain reliever besides her purrscription. But fanky fanks fur the suggestion. Big hugs
Hope you all had a lovely Easter……..next Easter you’ll be back home in a newly renovated apartment to celebrate Easter AND Raena’s birthday. Make sure your Mommy keeps her foot elevated and as we suggested before, wear a tight sock or a compression sock – it works pretty well.
