Hey everypawdy, it’s me, RaenaBelle. I’s gotta tell ya’, motel, hotel, whatever livin’ ain’t fur everypawdy. But, I’s gotta say, it ain’t all that bad either. Y, We’ve had sun puddles the likes I’s never seen at home. Mommy says we don’t have ‘em at home cuz of the way our ‘pawrtment sits and those nasty old oak trees that cover everythin’. Even sissy’s enjoyed a few and stretched out all spread eagle like.
RaenaBelle!!! That’s not nice, we don’t say spread eagle. All kitties enjoy sun puddles, and that’s zactly what me was doin’.
Sorry sissy, I’s didn’t know we weren’t s’posed to meow spread eagle. That’s what mommy called it. Anyways, the sun puddles have been nice. ‘Specially since things with the movers didn’t go well. They were really snippy with mommy and kept tryin’ to throw things away or just not pack ‘em up. There was a total of 5 big men there and only 1 did any packin’. All the rest stood ‘round talkin’. Not to mention all the other residents that kept comin’ over and complainin’ ‘bout how the movers had broken some of their stuffs or just plain lost it. Mommy doesn’t look furward to goin’ thru things when we get back home. Fanky fankfully, she was able to get someone to store our teevee and her piano keyboard at their ‘pawrtment till we get back home.
You would be worried ‘bout the teevee wouldn’t ya’ Raena. You and that teevee. (Dezi shakes her head)
What’s wrong with that sissy, I’s like to watch teevee. You can learn all kinds of things from television.
Sure ya’ can Raena. Anyways, ‘member that poll we took fur your birthday pawrty? The top choices were a Hawaiian luau and a Mystery theme. So, you need to decide which pawrty you’d rather have. Mommy said we’re gonna combine it with your Gotchaday and schedule it fur the end of May.
Really sissy? I’s can’t wait. Both of those sound like lots of fun. Let me think ‘bout it tonight and I’s’ll decide tomorrow, k?.
Sure thing Raena. Ya’ know, with all the relocatin’, lease renewal, manager harassment, and mommy not feelin’ well, we’ve gotten way behind in some of our normal postin’. Y, We’ve got several reviews comin’ up and we’ve even got a pawsum playdate with Emmy. Awnty Ellen from 15 and meowin’ sent us Emmy’s new book and we’ve invited her over to tell us all ‘bout it. In the meantime, there’s a great give away in case any of ya’ would like to enter here.
I’s so luvs play dates sissy. I’s can’t wait fur Emmy to come over, we’re gonna have so much fun. I’s hope she likes to play. Ya’ know, you’ve been more playful since we landed here at the tempurrary ranch. I’s thinkin’ we should go play now. Mommy has to do some laundry befur we can visit our furiends, so how ‘bout a game of keep away? I’s got the milk jug ring, you try to ketch me.
