MeOW C’mon Raena, today’s a very special Blest Sunday and we’re already runnin’ really late.

 

 

 

 

          I’s comin’. I’s thought all Blest Sunday’s were special sissy, what makes this one so special?

 

Raena!!! Furst of all, tomorrow is Memorial day. A day set aside to ‘member all those pawsum peeps and anipals who served and died to purrtect us and keep our Country free. And second, tomorrow’s also mommy’s birthday. Just cuz she says Memorial day is way more ‘purrtant than her, me knows she wants to feel luvved and ‘purreciated too.  

 

 

 

 

          Of course sissy. Y, Ifin mommy hadn’t been born, where would we be now? Kittens!!! We wouldn’t have a mommy!!!  

 

(Dezi scratches her head as she thinks about what Raena said.) Me’s not sure it works quite like that Raena, but our lives fur sure wouldn’t be the same. Either way, me’s sure glad mommy was born. So, we need to give her lots of extra luvvin’ and cuddles.   

 

          And massages sissy. The doctor said he thinks mommy tore her rotator cuff. I’s don’t see any tears, but I’s know she really enjoys her massages. How old do ya’ reckon mommy is?  

 

I’s took mine’s selfie at the V-E-T’s office this week.

 

 

 

Who knows Raena. Me’s heard dinosaurs were still ‘round when she was a sticky fingered mini human. And that she had to walk elebenty billion miles thru sand storms just to get to school.   

 

          MeOW Now that’s old, sissy. No wonder she’s so furgetful. MOL Did you see the new Vera Bradley handbag she got from awnty Cindy? She also got a pair of socks and some peppermint salt water taffy. That she isn’t sharin’ by the way. What’s up with that?  

 

 

 

 

Me saw it Raena. Mommy says fank you awnty Cindy, she luvs her gifts. And, we wanna say fank you to awnty Susan fur the green papers. 

 

Fanky fank you uncle Pete, Timmy, Einstein, Rumpy, Buddy, Toby and gawjus Fitzy.

 

 

 

 

          And mommy and me both wanna say a meowsy big fanky fank you to uncle Pete, Timmy, Einstein, Buddy, Toby, Rumpy and the bootyful Miss Fitz fur our Birthday card. We are so Blest to have such wonderful furiends. We know we’re way behind in our visitin’, but we do hope you all know how much we luv you. Our hotel stays purretty full, and cuz of that, the innernet gets overloaded and kicks us off a lot. So, we hope you’ll bear with us a little longer. We will be back home soon and have our innernet all to ourselves again. 

 

Yeah Raena, it does get furustratin’ to be in the middle of somethin’ and suddenly be cut off. Anyways, back to Memorial day. We so want to say fank you to all who serve and have served in the military, and their families. Fur those who lost luvved ones, our gratitude can never match your sorrow, but know, that we don’t take that sacrifice lightly. That’s one of the reasons we get so angry when peeps want to come to this great country and try to take away our freedoms. Freedoms that were bought with the blood and lives of many trying to escape tyranny. God Bless America!!! (A tear wells up in Dezi’s eye as she thinks about all those soldiers who never came home.) Just Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
