Happy Munday to you all. Yes, sis Lexi has lots of stowwies to tell’ ‘bout me, da same as me has lots to tell ‘bout her. And da twuff is, dat weez weally do get along well and luv each udder vewy much. Anyways, lots of yous enjoyed da stowwy sis Lexi told yous yesfurday, and weez weally glad yous did. And yep weez did jump ahead in puttin’ up da pawsum header dat Miss Ann made fur us. But we don’t celebwate halloween, and we felt so blest fur hers to hav chosen us to benefit fwum hers amazin’ talents. Me will tell ya’ when we opened ow email and saw whet she had dun, we wuz so happy we did da happy kitty dance and mommy did………well, mommy had da happy tears. Anyways, weez just wanted to be able to use da header as long as pawssible so dat’s why we jumped da gun.
Now, weez been givin’ sum mighty special awards as of late and so we fawt we wuld take today to post them. First me wants to fank Little Binky and Nylablue fur this pawsum Gold Blog award. It suwe is purretty and weez be so honored to hav wecieved it. Da nex award is just gawjus and is da Butterfly Light award. Again, we awe so honored to hav wecieved this award. We fink all da blogs awe deservin’ as you all spwead da light in yous little corner. Wegardless of the content of yous blog, yous spwead a little light and cheer wiff evewy posty. Sum of you post fur fun and make us laff and sum of you post fur education and weez all learn a little sumfin’. Mommy sez da day weez stop learnin’ is da day we stop bein’ useful, cuz nopawdy knows evewyfin’ and weez shuld be learnin’ till da day we die. So we we passin’ these awards along to all of you. Now dat mommy be feelin’ a bit better, hers gunna be finishin’ up wound da house so dat me will hav zoomie space galore fur meez Meowday/Birffday. We did get asked why we celebwate all mumff long, and da answer be vewy simple; Mommy adores us. And meez Meowday is da November da 1st and mommy dusn’t get paid till da 3rd, and sis Lexi’s Meowday is April 29ff and by then mommy’s outta munny. So a long time ago hers decided to celbwate all mumff long. On ow special day, weez get special noms, and then da rest of da mumff weez get extwa tweats and luvvin’ and playin’ and all those fings we get evewyday, just mowe of ‘em.
Well dat fweeze wawnin’ we’s had came twu. It stawdid wainin’ agin last nite afur we’s went tu bed, but it wusn’t hawd and wus just ’nuff tu make it humid and wawm. So mommy turned on da fan so we’s kuld all be comfy and still bweev. At sum point, da lectricity went off and mommy’ s alawm got shut off. Now mind you da alawm is da bedwoom t.v.. Mommy likes tu watch t.v. while Lexi and meez giv her a meownin’ massage. We’s hadn’t gone tu bed til almost 5 a. m. cuz of da stowm so we’s slep in til 10:30 a. m., and when we woke up…..MOL We’s wus all cuddled up tugeddew. It wus cold!!!! Ovew nite da temps had dwopped tu almost 20* and da fan had turned back on high speed (it’s default settin’ aftew a powew outage). Mommy wus fweezin and Lexi and meez wus so close tu mommy dat you’s kuldn’t tell where one began and da uddew ended. MOL Aftew a good meownin massage, we’s wolled mommy tu da chair and intu da pawdee box woom and den tu da kitchen fur bwekky. 🙂
While we’s ate bwekky mommy checked da emails and den we’s checked in on our furiends. And OMC meez got nominated fur an awawd. Mommy sez we’s will tell you’s all ’bout it tumowwow cuz we’s didn’t hav time tuday tu figgew it all out. We’s been wunnin’ hind all day cuz we’s ovew slep. MOL Mommy mite fink is ovew sleepin, but as kitty cats dat like tu sleep, we’s weally enjoyed da extwa timesnuggled up tu mommy. 🙂 Den meez had so many nice new visitows tu meez blog and meez visited sum new furiends blogs tu. Meez felt so special tuday. Mommy sez meez and sis Lexi are always special. And she’s must be wite cuz hers luvs us vewy much. You’s know meez sisfur Lexi’s Meowday is at da end of da munf and so dis is her time tu be extwa special. So meez gunna share meez new furiends wif her, and she’s gunna share hers special Meowday noms wif me. 🙂 Which she’s gunna be havin’ cuz awnty Jennifer sendid a gift cawd tu da Pizza Hut fur her. OMC da lawn krew wus here tuday!!! Meez hates all da noise dey make and it scares meez. We’s wus havin a purrfectly gweat day and den all of da sudden der dey wus. Only dey wusn’t in der normal twuck. Dey had a big yellow twuck tuday wif a big yellow twailer, so meez didn’t get hid afur deys stawdid up der noisy machines. And altho’ dey usually hang ‘wound here all day, tuday dey wus only here fur a little over a hour. Whew and fank catness cuz it wus time tu eat dinner. And meez gotta tell you dat meez never wants tu miss dinner. 🙂 Meez mite not sit down and eat it all at once like mommy wuld like meez tu but meez sure don’t wanna miss it. MOL Sis Lexi dusn’t mind da noise dey make and her and mommy keep hopin’ dat sumday meez will learn dat deys not gunna hurt me and stay out frum under da bed wif dem, but meez just don’t know.
Well Easter is just ‘wound da corner and den will be sis Lexi’s Meowday. Mommy’s been prowlin’ ‘wound amazon all day. Hoo knew der wus so many fings out der fur us kitties. Course mommy sez dey all must fink der toys and fings are made of gold cuz dey sure want a purretty penny fur dem. It’ll be okay tho’ cuz we’s don’t need mommy tu buy us anyfin’ cuz hers got us da bestest gift in da universe when hers gav us a name and added hers tu it. We’s know dat we’s are vewy special kitties and we’s hav da bestest mommy ever. We’s hav tuns of luv and now so many furiend/furmily members frum facebook and SMC and now meez blog and Cat Scouts. Well furiends lookin’ back over da munf we realize we’s lost so many sweet and dear furiends dis munf. Meez told you dat mommy wus feelin’ kinda blue wif Lucky’s Meowday comin’ up tumorrow so me fawt tunite meez wuld honor all those hoo hav gone tu heaven.
