Purrrrr…..It’s Furiday

It’s finally Furiday!!!!  Couwse ifin yous a kitty like meez den dat dusn’t mean much, cuz as faw as meez concewned evew day is Furiday.  MOL  But da hoomans get all ‘cited ’bout Furidays.  Meez not suwe why tho’.  Lots of those same hoomans hav tu wowk on da weekends these days.  But yous know what??  When deys get 2 days in a row off deys get all ‘cited and say dis is meez Furiday, even ifin is  a Munday.  But anyways meez gettin’ off twack.  Dis has been a vewy busy and eventful week fuw us so meez glad dat tuday is Furiday cuz dat means 2 days of no business.  😀  Just Lexi and mommy and meez time. 

 

Da week stawted out wiff a holiday and mommy decidin’ tu take us all tu town.  Since wees wus gone all day wees got behind on all meez visitin’.   Well da nex day wus mommys Meowday and wees spent a lot of it off line and tugeddew.  Now meez even fuwddew behind on meez visitin’, but meez wuldn’t hav shanged it ifin meez kulda.  Wednesday gets hewe and….nope no catchin’ up fuw meez.  Mommys nuwse comes by  eawly and stays late.   And afuw yous wowwy, shes not dat kinda nuwse.  Well meez guesses shes is, but not fuw mommy.  See mommys posed tu hav sumone tu help hers wound da house.  Yous knows like wiff da cleanin’ and ewwands and stuff.  But twubble is nopawdy wound hewe wants tu wowk.  Meez finnks deys all tu busy playin’ ‘putew games and chattin’ and textin’.   But just in case deys able tu find sumpawdy mommy has tu be qualified and wecewtified  evew 6 munffs.  Da nuwse comes out and asks mommy stupid questions and den has hers sign hers name sayin’ shes needs help.

Well da nuwse finally left and den der wus da twittew fiasco.  And yes dat’s what wees callin’ it, cuz der wus fuw suwe nuffin successful ’bout dat adventuwe.  MOL   And sumwhewe in all dis da Cat Scouts site dats been havvin’ sum purrawlems went back up at da old (sewvew)(?), only meez lost evewfin’ and can’t get anywhewe but da camfiwe.   But dat’s bein’ wowked on so fuw now meez not wowwyin’ ’bout it tu much.  And den Fursday.  Meez gunna get caught up fuw suwe.  But NO,  facebook has uddew plans yet again.  Deys gone and switched up da way evewfiin’ looks and whewe evewfin’s at.  So is meez glad tuday is Furiday???   Yous betcha.

 

Meez fwillled.   Cuz dat means nuffin can innewwupt meez and mommy and Lexi fwum ow time tugeddew and gettin’ caught up.  Wees mite even let mommy hav a whole cup of coffee afuw wees stawt buggin’ hers.  MOL   So dis weekend wees gunna get sum wowk dun on meez blog hewe and ow visitin’ up tu date and meez even gunna twy tu figgew out what meez did wong on twittew cuz pawently meez didn’t follow da furiends meez fawt meez did.  So meez gotta figgew out what meez did du tu dem. MOL  Sowwy furiends.  Meez wiill get it all wowked out sumday.  MOL

  1. We have been getting behind to Dezi. My helper typist is always real busy after a holiday and then there was another day he had of Friday so there was a lot of work to catch up on. He is glad to be working so does not complain when it is busy.
    Dad told us about being checked for disability. He was on disability for a few years after his accident and had to go see this orthopedic doctor every year for 3 years. He told Dad that since its the government they were checking just to make sure his leg did not grow back. Dad said that was pretty funny. Dad is a RN who worked in ER.
    Then one year they sent him to see a counselor. Dad asked if the place was wheelchair accessible and they guy said no. Dad said he would wear his prosthetic and make do (He was not getting around real well at that time).
    Well the guy is at his desk when Dad comes in and he looks up and his eyes get all big. He asked some stupid questions too. When Dad told him about the 19 surgeries 40 some bits of metal holding his pelvis in place it got quiet. Took 5 minutes.
    Dad said he was checking for “Malingering.” Told me that was a big word for being a slacker. MOL he gave me a look when I said “oh like when we do not visit our pals or post new fun things”.
    He asked if I wanted my treats and I let it go. MOL
    Well enough of my blathering at you.

    1. Yep Timmy deys du check fuw dat slackin’. And is good cuz der awe sum out der dat du. But yep it usually dus get weally quiet in da woom when deys heaw ’bout how yous manage goin’ ’bout yous day. Mommys even had a foo look at hers and say “why” and when mommy asked what deeys meant deys told hers deys didn’t know whay she kept goin’. Mommy sed cuz God’s not finished wiff hers yet. And meez glad, cuz meez wuldn’t be hewe ifin hers had givvin’ up. 🙂 Mommy and Lexi say hello back tu yous and yous furmily. 🙂

  3. Mouseiez Dezi ya n lexi n Miss Audra shure had a wild n cwazy week fer shure!! We hopez ya get all da Twitter stuff figured out n we finkz ya iz doin grrrreat bizitin us n otherz…
    Mum doez nott qualeefy fer da Home Help cause she can gett into da tub/shower usin da grab barz so dey say she OKAYZ on her own! Diz iz so stoopid ’cause she cann ot wash floorz herself or get da drapez down n she cuud use help wif errandz butt nose she iz on her own…me triez to help butt it iz hard…..me triez to nott fling litter eberywhere n me sleepz on me blankiez n nott fur up her spotz.
    Me also helpz changin da sheetz on da bed n me triez to iron her clothez fer her too…
    Mum sayz me iz da best helpur!

    1. Yep deys hav sum weally stoopid wules fuw suwe. Wees du evewfin’ wees can tu help mommy but wees can’t use da cawpet monstew or dwive so ders lots of fings wees just can’t du fuw mommy. But dat’s okay. mommy sez dat God has a plan and wuldn’t put nuffin’ on hers dat hers kuldn’t handle.It mite be hawd and mite take a long time, but hers won’t let us liv in a pig sty (no offense tu Bacon or Coco) and hers will make suwe dat wees awe taken cawe of no mattew what. 🙂

  4. Oh my what a week….busy, busy, busy. What red tape your mom has to go through for some assistance from the government…I gather its the government. Its just the same in Canada. The ideal would be to have enough money not to use them….but we all know this is sometimes impossible. Mom had to get Community Nursing when she got new joints in her hand and couldn’t give herself an injection of RA medication. The nurse screwed up and shot the needle before it was in mom’s skin. The medication was $400 a shot….mom was sure mad. So I know where you’re coming from. Adore you and Lexi’s pram.

    1. Yep, guvewnment wed tape. And den deys can’t even get anypawdy tu coe tu wowl out hewe in da ‘sticks’. So even tho’ mommy qualifies hers still dusn’t get da help. 😦 But yes is da same way fuw most evewpawdy. Sowwy yous mommy had da twubbles wiff hers nuwse. Deys don’t fink ’bout uddews and wawely unnewstand uddews munny issues. Or deys just don’t cawe.

  8. Whoa! You don’t have to tell TW anything about red tape. ACA signup ended months ago and TW is still trying to get on the plan she wants. No one answers the phone, etc, so we’re behind visiting. Hope you get all the online stuff fixed at least.

    1. OMC Yep only machines answew fones these days. And ifin yous question isn’t one of der pwe pwogwammed ones den good luck gettin’ help. Mommy found dat lots of times hers can just keep hittin 0 on da fone and eventually a weal live purrson will pick up. MOL Deys usually don’t know anyfin’ but deys will pick up. MOL As fuw gettin’ caught up, meez suwe meez will get all caught up (paws cwossed behind back). Hope yous get evewfin’ wowked out soon. Good Luck and hav a Pawsum weekend!!
