Meowllo everypawdy, me hopes you’re havin’ a good week so far. It’s stormin’ here again, and mommy’s been tryin’ to get ready fur this months inspection which happens today. Ifin only me could wrangle da carpet monster or da mop, me could help. But alas, no fumms. Mommy says it’s okay, she doesn’t expect me to do dat kind of work. Whew Me’s sure glad ‘bout dat, cuz me still isn’t sure how me feels about da carpet monster. You know dat thing sucks up everythin’ in it’s path. It’s eaten more than one of me’s toys and they’re never da same when It spits ‘em back out. Me keeps tellin’ mommy she oughtta get one of those little round robotic carpet monsters. They’re much quieter and me’s seen more than one kitty sittin’ on and directin’ ‘em without those opposable fumms. Anyways, enough ‘bout cleanin’.

Da other day mommy told me she had a dream ‘bout a kitten. And then outta da blue da next day one of me’s Facebook awnties pm’d us and said she had dreamed ‘bout a kitten fur us too. Well me thinks they both may be drinkin’ too much coffee. Or maybe somepawdy laced their coffee. Yep it could very well be dat somepawdy slipped ‘em somethin’ in their coffee. You know “dream about kittens” pills?. Fur both of ‘em to be dreamin’ ‘bout kittens sopmething’s gotta be goin’ on. Me’s Facebook awnty lives across da pond and has purrlenty of kitties herself, so dat’s why she’s certain she was dreamin’ ‘bout kittens fur us. And then me saw mommy checkin’ out new kitty stuffs online. Me thinks mommy may be losin’ it.
Me’s gotta keep an eye out fur da manager. Me doesn’t want her sneakin’ up on me.
Well me’s gonna keep it short and sweet today, cuz ‘tween da weather and inspection, we may not have a lot of time to visit today. Me’s gonna go hang on da cat tree till da manager shows up or da skies start rumblin’. Ketch ya’ll later.

Meowllo everypawdy it’s another miserable Monday. You know it’s not Monday’s fault nopawdy likes her, she just happens to mean da furst day of da work week fur so many; and it’s da getting’ up and goin’ to work dat peeps not like. So we blame it on Monday. It’s kinda like dat time you knocked over a favorite vase and broke it and blamed it on your (fur) sib. Okay, so maybe it’s not just like dat, but hey, it’s close enough.

Speakin’ of workin’ me has some great treats to share with ya’ today. Me luvs Chewy and as pawrt of their blogging family me gets to try out all kinds of new things each month. Me luvs me’s Primal freeze dried noms, so when we saw Primal treats on da list of goodies this month, we jumped all over dat. Mommy ordered up da Primal Treats Pork Nibs. Me luvs da Primal freeze dried pork noms, so this seemed like a furgone conclusion. Now these pork nibs are more of a jerky than me’s freeze dried food. Da nibs are small and bite sized fur kitties and small dogs. And me would call da texture…chewy. They’re not hard but they’re also not soft. They cannot, me repeats, cannot be crumbled and added to food as a topping or reconstituted with water.
Da ingredient list is short and sweet…literally. MOL They contain Pork Heart, Honey and Sea Salt. They are made from pork raised in da U.S. without antibiotics or added hormones. Primal says: da Pork Nibs are a single source protein snack, grain and gluten free with no preservatives. These treats are good fur both cats and dogs. No need to buy two different treats. They must be refrigerated after opening and served within 14 days. Ifin ya’ leave them out of da fridge they must be used up in 3 days to purrvent spoiling. They come in a 4 oz. bag fur $12.99.
Me knows you all wanna know what me thought about da Primal Pork Nib treats, don’t ya’? Well initially me thought da smell comin’ from da bag was heavenly. Me couldn’t wait till mommy finally got da bag open. She got a couple pieces out and offered them to me. Me buried me’s whole face in mommy’s hand sniffin’ those pork hearts. And then me finally took a bite. And me chewed and chewed and chewed and suddenly spit it out. When me spit it out me looked up at mommy. Mommy said da look on me’s face was purriceless, but she has no idea what happened.
Me finally ate a couple of pieces later dat day, but me wouldn’t touch ‘em again after dat. Me thinks they would make a great dog training treat. And of course there are kitties dat like chewy jerky treats. And these would be purrfect. They have a great ingredient deck and don’t contain any of da questionable stuffs. Meowllo everypawdy and welcome to another pawsumly Blest Sunday and more as you can see by me’s title. You know with all da talk ‘bout Buddy lately me’s been thinkin’ and given lots of thanks fur me’s mommy and home. Ya’ see, Buddy be da same age as me is and dat means he coulda been here with me’s mommy instead of me had circumstances been different. How’s dat you ask? Well mommy had just lost a fur baby and service kitty and was searchin’ fur a kitty just like now.
Occasionally peeps drop off their unwated kittens and cats out here at our ‘pawrtment complex and of course all da old peeps feed them. Just so happens dat at da time mommy was searchin’ there weren’t any strays bein’ fed here dat she knew of. And then of course she got da call ‘bout me. Ifin you wanna read up on how me came to be here with mommy you can click here and here. Anyways, da minute mommy met me and me chose her, she was smitten and wasn’t leavin’ without me. So me came home to live with mommy. And then a couple weeks later mr. W came wheelin’ up da walk with a kitty in his arms. Apparently he had been feedin’ him as a stray and mommy didn’t even know he was around. Da point is, dat ifin Buddy had’a showed up at mommy’s house just a few weeks earlier, she never woulda met me. God was sure lookin’ out fur me. So me’s been givin’ lots of thanks fur me’s blessings. Cuz ifin me hadn’t met mommy me wouldn’t have met any of you either. Me doesn’t even wanna think about life without all me’s furiends and blessings.
Blessings come in all different shapes and sizes and sometimes when you least expect them. Me’s life is overflowin’ with ‘em, and me thinks ifin ya’ just look around a minute you’ll find yours is too. We got a bit of a cold snap this weekend and it’s really gloomy out so me’s been getting’ some extra snuggles and cuddles in. And ya’ know what? Sis Lexi used to sleep ‘tween mommy’s legs and me slept by her side up under her arm. But fur da last couple of nights me has slept ‘tween mommys legs. Well at least pawrt of da night. Sis Lexi had short furs and didn’t get as hot as me does ‘pawrently. Mommy says she feels blest dat me does it at all, she doesn’t care whether me stays there all night or not. So mommy’s been thankin’ God fur her blessings too. With all da cuddlin’ goin’ on me got a few selfies to share, so me’s joinin’ da Kitties Blue fur da Sunday Selfie blog hop. It’s also National Straw Hat day, so me had to show off a hat. Mommy said so. MOL
Meowllo everypawdy and welcome Furiday. Me knows we’re all happy it’s finally Furiday, right?. Well, it’s also blooper Furiday. Me purrticipated in this once and then me always furgets. Did you know dat fur somethin’ to become a habit you must repeat da action daily fur 3 weeks. Yep sure ‘nuff. 3 weeks and you’re set. Well dat’s what they say anyhow. Anyways, me’s getting’ off track.
This week at Cat Scouts, we had da task of earnin’ a new badge. So me went fur da Olympic Long Jump Badge. Yep, dat sounded like a pawsum badge and one me didn’t have. So me’s all set to go and of course dat meant mommy was in charge of da camera. Well you all know how dat went. Mommys camera skills leave a lot to be desired. MOL You know mommy was late to da digital pawrty. She still had a 35mm camera when we started out on facebook. And then she bought a little $20.00 digital job dat took horrific fotos and broke really fast. So these here digital cameras are way above mommy’s understandin’. MOL You all think me’s getting’ off track again don’t ya’? Surprise, me’s not. Me was tellin’ ‘bout mommy’s experience to ‘splain what happened with me’s blooper foto.
See in da olden days you had to pay fur film to put in dat camera and then ya’ had to pay to get da foto off dat camera. So most fotos were posed. Ya’ didn’t just snap, snap, snap away. And there was no delete or takin’ it back. You paid fur all da fotos, even da bad ones. Anyways, mommy’s still not very good at ketchin’ da action as you can see in me’s long jump foto below. But she tries.
