What a Weekend!!!

Well what a weekend meez had. Caturday wus vewy purretty. A bit windy but da wedder wus just wite.  When we’s woke up on Sunday, we’s had fweeze wawnins. MOL  Apwil in Okalahoma. MOL  We’s hav these bugs here in da sowf dat we’s call june bugs. Don’t know why cuz is Apwil and deys evew where. When dey hit da door or da window you’s know it. Deys are big and fat and solid. And of course meez likes tu slap at da door at dem.  One got in da house once and mommy huweed it back out.  Mommy dusn’t like us eatin’ any bug. She’s acts like deys all poison.  Well wite wownd dinner time meez hole world stawdid wumblin’ and da sky tuwned black. And den…… OMC da wains fell and fell and fell.  And it HAILED!!! OMC Der wus little wownd ice pellets fallin’ all ovew da place. It seemed like fuwevew and meez wan and hid. Mommy fixed meez dinnew but meez wus nowhere tu be found.  Alas meez herd meez mommy singin’, “Dezi, my Dezi, Come eat your dinner right now. Dezi, my Dezi, I’m gonna find you somehow.  Dezi, my Dezi my angel my dear. Dezi my Dezi please come here.” Well meez can nevew wesist meez mommy and when hers sings tu meez…….So out meez came and hers scooped meez up and kissed and hugged and luved on meez til me wus slobbewin’ evew where.  Well she’s put meez down and me went tu eat. After a foo bites meez wanted sum more luv, and mommy is always happy tu oblige. 🙂

A little latew meez wus layin’ in da hallway all stwetched out and meez heawd sumfin. It wus so faint dat mommy didn’t hear anyfin’. Ooooh der it wus, a june bug had gotten in da house. MOL Meez wus stawlkin’ it and pawin’ it and it wus twyin’ hawd tu get away. Dey fly tu you know. And dat’s when mommy saw it. MOL Hers scweamed and sed, “Oh Dezi, angel, fank you for purrtectin’ me.” And den hers got a shoe and….splat, june bug gone. MOL  Meez wus twyin’ tu get at hims undew  mommy’s shoe while hers went tu get a napkin tu fwo’ him out wif.  Meez just got da shoe up when mommy appeawed wif da napkin and meez lost meez pwize kill. MOL Meez may not be a big time mouser but meez da pawtectow of meez house!! 🙂 MOL

Purrfect Caturday tu You

Well mommy set hers alawm and so here we are. 🙂 Meez wundews how long mommy’s gunna be able tu keep dis up. MOL Oh well you’s gotta enjoy it while it lasts meez alwayz sez. So is a vewy nice Caturday here. Not tu hot, not tu cold and not tu windy. Meez had mommy wunnin a bit tuday just cuz meez feelin’ a bit of dat spwing fevw. meez meweeked a foo times fur mommy tu clean da lpawdee box and tu play wif meez and fur luvin’ of course. Da only hiccup we’s had wus dis meownin’ when we’s wus eatin’ bwekky. Idiot had let  heel nipper out tu wun fwee (yet again) and anudder nayber fawt dey wuld du da same. So now wite in our fwunt lawn we’s had heel nipper and a little black doggy fightin’.  Heel nipper is not vewy furiendly, course you’s mite not be tu furiendly ifin you’s got beat or tied up all da time eevew. So sis Lexi and meez twyin’ tu eat in peace and der dey went, gwolwlin’ and bawkin’ and skweelin’. Did idiot come out and get heel nipper?? Did da little black doggy’s human come and get it?? NO!! Wus left tu mommy tu hollew at dem and bwake up da fight. Little black dog took off wunnin back tu hims house and finally  idiot opened da door and called fur heel nipper tu come inside.

Anyways, dat bit of meownin’ dwama over wif we’s went back tu eatin’ our bwekky. Mommy always checks emails while we’s eat and den we’s get intu hers lap and check in on our furiends. Lots of fun goin’ wownd in da blog wowld tuday, looks like evewpawdy is havin’ a purretty nice Caturday. One of our “awnty’s” is havin’ a Meowday tuday and also facin’ sadness as hers kitty hoo has been sick fur a  long time is duin’ vewy badly and may need tu go tu heaven. It seems we hav lost so many furiends lately dat sumdays we’s wunner why we’s keep loggin’ in. Den mommy weminds us dat is all a pawt of da ciwcle of life and dat even tho’ bad fins hapun ders lots of good tu. And dat we’s suppowt each uddew and da bad times are easiew tu bearw. So on dis beautiful spwing Caturday we’s  send  all of you luv. And we’s wish you’s a Pawsum day and weekend filled wif hope fwum abuv.  Is nap time again so til da nex time,                 ©

Hisssssssssss, Not at Meez Own House!!

Meweek is Furiday!! Of course you all know dat meez new tu da blog world and twyin’ tu figger it all out. So tuday meez lernd dat is good tu hav a set time fur meez posts. We’s didn’t weally fink ’bout dat afur but we’s gunna twy tu stawt bein’ better and make meez posts more unifowm. MOL Meowsy good luck tu meez on gettin’ mommy tu membew. Hers gunna hav tu set an alawm. So anyway, we’s wus sittin’ wownd havin’ anudder lazy day, as is nice and wawm out tuday; when all of a sudden……..

Let meez tell you a little ’bout where we’s liv. We’s liv in a small kuntwee town and den we’s even more in da kuntwee. We’s hav a big woods hind our ‘partmunt and lots of wild animal visitors come and see us in da spwing and summew and fall. And we’s liv in ‘partmunts fur da eldewly and disabled so we’s hav da occasional abandoned kitty. You know da old school of fawt “take it tu da old people dey’ll feed it.” And deys wite. We’s wil all feed and twy tu take care of da kitty dat you’s (hopefully not you’s weadin’ dis postee) dumped on us and abandoned. And most of us can’t affowd tu feed owselves, but we’s will feed you’s poor kitty and purray dat da bobcats or coyotes or snakes, or skunks or any nummew of uddew wild animals don’t kill it. And we’s will cwy when it no longew shows up tu eat on our powch, unlike you’s hoo dwove away laffin’ when you’s fwu out you’s “beloved” furmily membew.  Well meez will happily share meez powch wif any of these cweatures cuz dey were either here fiwst or deys can’t help der situation and we’s hav a film on our door so dat helps tu keep people and cwittews fwum seein’ in. But ders sumfin meez won’t share meez powch wif, and dat’s da neighbows doggy.

Altho’ meez feels weally bad ’bout hims livin’ situation, der are wules and laws. And ifin we’s are spected tu liv by hese wules and laws den we’s fink evewpawdy shuld. So meez wus up on meez door pewch lookin’ out over da complex and enjoyin’ da sunshine when all of a sudden da neighbows doggy (we’s call hims heel nipper) jumped up on meez door and stawdid bawkin’ at meez. Hmmpht Dis is meez home!!! Hoo dus hims fink hims is tu be bawkin’ at me at meez own home!!  so meez stood up on meez door pewch and tuwned tu da side (meez alweady biggew den hims but you know how it is-MOL) and den meez hissed weally loud. and hims wan off skweelin’ MOL  MOL MOL Teach hims tu bawk at meez at meez own home!! Well mommy got up and came tu da door and hims stawdid bawkin and stawin ovew here fwum away off. Idiot (da neighbow) wus standin’ der wif da door open and tellin’ hims tu get inside. But hims kep backin’ away fwum der door. Finally idiot went out and got him and took hims in da house.

We’s know dat dey know lettin’ him wun wownd loose like dat  or tyin’ hims outside is against da wules cus deys been told and we’s just had inspectors fwum da home office and deys kep hims inside da hole fwee days dey wus here. Dat’s what makes mommy mad on top of da fact dat deys beat hims. When sumpawdy acts like da wules or da law dusn’t apply tu dem, deys make it bad fur all da uddew pet owner wenters in da wowld. More den once mommy found a gweat place tu liv but wus told no animals cuz deys unwuly and bawdder all da neibows.

Well now dat meez sed all dat, purrlease membew tu be wespectful of your neibows da nex time you let you’s doggy or kitty wun wild, specially ifin you’s liv in pawtmunts. Cuz most of da time you’s don’t hav a yawd of you’s own.
